Très rare: appartement avec accès direct à la plage, place de parking, 3 pièces, 70m², piscine d'eau de mer, grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer dans une petite résidence d'un étage calme et sécurisée. La plage de sable est très propre et équipée de douches. Il a été rénové en 2022 et est très équipé: machine à laver le linge, la vaisselle et un four. Il est extrêmement bien situé entre Los Christianos et Las Americas avec des magasins d'alimentation, restaurants et des bars accessibles à pieds.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattetund es grenzen 3 Terrassen an das Penthouse zur alleinigen Benutzung. Das Meeresrauschen ist im vorderen Teil hörbar. Geschäfte und viele Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier braucht man kein Auto.
