Monthly Rentals in Beach of La Concha

Spent a month at this apartment with our 1.5 year old and it was perfect. Wonderful location and a really great space, I already want to go back!

Our stay was fantastic, the owner is very attentive and helpful, we needed some things like iron for our long stay, he bought it the same day. The apartment is very specious and comfortable, everything is new, internet was great, the TV can be used with all kinds of streaming platforms ( you have to log in to your account). The main bedroom may be a bit loud during the nights in the weekends but nothing very troublesome if you are used to living in a bigger city. Very close to the beaches, in city center. Perfect place for experiencing San Sebastián.

A wonderful flat in the BEST location possible. Quiet and very comfortable. The flat is high spec and the kitchen even more so plus well equipped. There is also a good supermarket across the road which is a huge perk when staying centrally. Host Alex was highly professional and also made us feel welcomed. This was a faultless stay which is rare. Could not recommend this property enough and we did not want to leave! Definitely deserving of all its 5 star reviews including ours. Many thanks 🙏🏻

What a perfect location and beautiful unit! The elevator takes you to ground level if you do not want to do the stairs, and the beach and boardwalk are literally across the street. All the shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. The inside of the unit feels like home and is very clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. The views are amazing and you can hear the ocean when the window is open. We loved the original art displayed in the living room and bedroom which added a wonderful touch. Thank you for an amazing stay!
