Monthly Rentals in Beach of La Concha

We spent 48 days in the apartment and we were very comfortable, the location is unbeatable, half a block from the old case, 1 block from the square and a few more meters from the beach. Appropriately equipped and the heating worked perfectly (and was necessary) throughout our stay. Recommended

Booked this flat as a last minute lodging on a recent trip to San Sebastián with my daughter. It was a wonderful apartment right across from the beach. Our host was amazing and the apartment was lovely—just a few doors up and you’d be paying €1200/night for a room at the Nobu Hotel. Eleven stars. Check in was easy, host was super communicative, responsive, proactive. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The apartment was in excellent condition, had plenty of room, and everything we needed for an extended stay. Great location 2 blocks from the beach with a really great coffee shop (Gogoan) right below the building. There is a big supermarket at the corner. If you have a car, Telpark has a really good garage with long-term rates right around the block. Atlantic Realty was very supportive at every turn. Whatever questions or issues we had were dealt with immediately and professionally. And they have a very nice office right up the street.

We loved our stay. Apt was SO well located to beach, market, and transportation. Enrique responded very quickly to any inquiries or questions. Apt was modern and up to date. We would love to visit again.
