Accommodation up to our expectations 5 minutes from the ocean , multiple restaurants nearby. Clean home and host available. I recommend great value for money.

Listing as described. Lovely host and friendly exchange. Quiet residence. Positive point for the parking space. Only small downside, we rented in March and it was quite cool in the accommodation.

We spent four really pleasant days in Sandrine's apartment, ideally located (almost with your feet in the water) and very comfortable. The terrace allows you to bubble or work in the sun, which my daughter and I particularly enjoyed:) Shops and restaurants are right next door and walking or cycling makes it easy to discover this beautiful region. Sandrine was very welcoming and pointed us perfectly to the good spots around. Thanks again for everything, and see you next time:)

We absolutely loved our stay at this gem of an Airbnb in San Sebastián/Donostia! The location could not have been more perfect—nestled right where the Urumea River meets the Bay of Biscay, it offered a spectacular panoramic view of Zurriola Beach and Mount Ulia. The apartment itself was very quiet and beautifully renovated, blending modern design with state of the art appliances. With three balconies overlooking the mesmerizing river and sweeping sea views, we found ourselves constantly drawn outside just to take it all in. It was peaceful, inspiring, and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploration. This was one of our most memorable stays—San Sebastián's intrinsic beauty, food, and culture were right at the doorstep of a terrific apartment. We highly, highly recommend this accommodation and a superb host.

Booked this flat as a last minute lodging on a recent trip to San Sebastián with my daughter. It was a wonderful apartment right across from the beach. Our host was amazing and the apartment was lovely—just a few doors up and you’d be paying €1200/night for a room at the Nobu Hotel. Eleven stars. Check in was easy, host was super communicative, responsive, proactive. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Very spacious with excellent facilities. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We loved the area: the beach in Hendaye is brilliant (enormous!) and being able to flit from France to Spain via the half-hourly shuttle ferry was a real treat. Lots to do, very relaxing and the area around the flat has eveything you need. Merci Thierry et Pascale!

We spent very nice 2 weeks in Benjamin's house. Everything you needed was available, even sheets, towels, dishtowels, etc. The property is completely fenced, just great for dog owners. The area, the beach, the restaurants and the sights are just fantastically beautiful. On one side of the Atlantic and on the other the Pyrenees. It just won't be a long time, no matter how the weather works. There is always something to discover. We had a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet. The accommodation is well-equipped, it corresponds in every respect to the listing and Patrice and Amandine who live next door are very welcoming and available. Recommended.

We had a lovely stay, quiet and relaxing. We were with our little girl, everything went very well. Caroline and her dad were very responsive to our exchanges and welcoming. Beautiful walks to take, close to the city center and the beach on foot. The house is well-equipped. It was a pleasure to spend a few days at their place to discover Capbreton.

Apartement is spacious ,in the heart of the city and the old town, restaurants, bars,shops and turist sites are in a walking distance. At evening it was guiet enough for a good night sleep. We came by car, underground parking is just across the road, ca 30€ p/day. Magnificant views of the city from the Urgull hill, good walking paths all the way. Beaches are beautifull. Carlos was quick to respond from the start, very good instructions. We had very nice easter days in San Sebastian, recommend the apartement!

Frédéric is a responsive and available host. The house is well equipped and tastefully furnished. It is very well located in Labenne ocean (beach and shops within walking distance). The stay went very well for my mom who came to visit us.

Philippe‘s house had everything you need for a peaceful and cozy vacation. The properties is beautiful and private. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We could have stayed a month. Philippe is very responsive although there wasn’t much that we needed. The amenities, the vibe, location, the energy of the house is just awesome! We will be back!

Great stay in this place for the new year! Incredible view and good location 20 minutes from the old center of Biarritz and with many small shops downstairs. Not to mention the parking, very convenient.

Very well located accommodation, small well-maintained condominium. The apartment is great with all the comforts, south-facing terrace. No complaints, I recommend it.

Jean Marc's apartment is very well equipped. The bedding is of very good quality. The nice little balcony. We can go for a walk in the forest just behind and the beach is very close. Jean Marc is very responsive. We'll be back.
