Logement à la hauteur de nos attentes à 5 minutes de l’océan , multiples restaurant à proximité. Logement propre et hôte disponible. Je recommande excellent rapport qualité prix.

Logement correspondant à la description. Hôte très agréable et échange amical. Résidence calme. Point positif pour la place de parking. Seul petit bémol, nous avons loué en mars et il faisait assez frais dans le logement.

Nous avons passé quatre jours vraiment très agréables dans l'appartement de Sandrine, idéalement situé (quasiment les pieds dans l'eau) et très confortable. La terrasse permet de buller ou de travailler au soleil, ce que ma fille et moi avons particulièrement apprécié :) Les commerces et restaurants sont juste à côté et les balades à pieds ou à vélo permettent de découvrir facilement cette magnifique région. Sandrine a été très accueillante et nous a parfaitement aiguillé sur les bons spots alentours. Encore merci pour tout, et à une prochaine fois :)

We absolutely loved our stay at this gem of an Airbnb in San Sebastián/Donostia! The location could not have been more perfect—nestled right where the Urumea River meets the Bay of Biscay, it offered a spectacular panoramic view of Zurriola Beach and Mount Ulia. The apartment itself was very quiet and beautifully renovated, blending modern design with state of the art appliances. With three balconies overlooking the mesmerizing river and sweeping sea views, we found ourselves constantly drawn outside just to take it all in. It was peaceful, inspiring, and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploration. This was one of our most memorable stays—San Sebastián's intrinsic beauty, food, and culture were right at the doorstep of a terrific apartment. We highly, highly recommend this accommodation and a superb host.

Booked this flat as a last minute lodging on a recent trip to San Sebastián with my daughter. It was a wonderful apartment right across from the beach. Our host was amazing and the apartment was lovely—just a few doors up and you’d be paying €1200/night for a room at the Nobu Hotel. Eleven stars. Check in was easy, host was super communicative, responsive, proactive. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Very spacious with excellent facilities. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We loved the area: the beach in Hendaye is brilliant (enormous!) and being able to flit from France to Spain via the half-hourly shuttle ferry was a real treat. Lots to do, very relaxing and the area around the flat has eveything you need. Merci Thierry et Pascale!

Wir haben sehr schöne 2 Wochen im Haus von Benjamin verbracht. Alles was man benötigt, war vorhanden, sogar Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, etc. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, für Hundebesitzer einfach super. Die Gegend, der Strand, die Restaurants und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach nur traumhaft schön. Auf der einen Seite der Atlantik und auf der anderen die Pyrenäen. Da kommt einfach keine lange Weile auf, ganz egal wie das Wetter mitspielt. Es gibt immer etwas zu entdecken. Vielen Dank an Benjamin für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung, den netten Kontakt und auch für die Nachfragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Viele Grüße Elke, Ulf und Alex.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le quartier est calme. Le logement est bien équipé, il correspond en tout point à l'annonce et Patrice et Amandine qui habitent à côté sont très accueillants et disponibles. Nous recommandons.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, calme et reposant. nous étions avec notre petite fille, tout c'est très bien passé. Caroline et son papa ont été très réactif sur nos échanges et accueillant. de belle balade à faire, proche du centre ville et de la plage à pied. la maison est bien équipée. Ça était un plaisir de passer quelques jours chez eux pour découvrir Capbreton.

Apartement is spacious ,in the heart of the city and the old town, restaurants, bars,shops and turist sites are in a walking distance. At evening it was guiet enough for a good night sleep. We came by car, underground parking is just across the road, ca 30€ p/day. Magnificant views of the city from the Urgull hill, good walking paths all the way. Beaches are beautifull. Carlos was quick to respond from the start, very good instructions. We had very nice easter days in San Sebastian, recommend the apartement!

Frédéric est un hôte réactif et disponible. La maison est bien équipée et aménagée avec goût. Elle est très bien placée à Labenne océan (plage et commerces à pied). Le séjour s’est très bien passé pour ma maman qui venait nous rendre visite.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli . Stephane est une personne très sympathique. Le logement est très propre et bien aménagé,la literie est de très bonne qualité . Au plaisir de revenir

Philippe‘s house had everything you need for a peaceful and cozy vacation. The properties is beautiful and private. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We could have stayed a month. Philippe is very responsive although there wasn’t much that we needed. The amenities, the vibe, location, the energy of the house is just awesome! We will be back!

Séjour top dans ce logement pour le nouvel an ! Vue incroyable et bien situé à 20min du vieux centre de Biarritz et avec de nombreux petits commerces en bas. Sans compter le parking, très pratique.

Logement très bien situé, petite copropriété bien tenue. L' appartement super avec tout le confort, terrasse exposition sud. Rien à dire, je conseille.

L'appartement de Jean Marc est très bien équipé. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le petit balcon bien agréable. On peut aller se promener dans la forêt juste derrière et la plage est très proche. Jean Marc est très réactif. On reviendra.

Charming little apartment in a fantastic location! The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the whole experience seamless. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Biarritz. Perfect for a relaxing stay!

Le logement est idéalement situé entre la gare des 2 jumeaux et la baie, avec accès au bus 4. calme et suffisamment grand pour 4, très bien équipé. Raquel a été très disponible et accueillante. Merci encore.
