Located on the first floor of a romantic-style building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the city's attractions are just a few steps away from the apartment: Buen Pastor Cathedral, Loyola Street and its shops, San Martin shopping mall, La Concha Beach, the Old Town, the metro station... Everything San Sebastián offers within a 5-minute walk. A car is not necessary, unless you are interested in taking excursions around the area (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). There is 24-hour public parking 1 minute away at the driver's expense. Nice apartment, very centrally located next to parking

Very cozy apartment with autonomous arrival and located on an important pedestrian street in the heart of downtown. With outdoor view and viewpoint to the street. The location is exceptional, very close to most places to visit in the city. It is also located next to the bus station and train station. If you arrive by car you can comfortably rent a public garage that is right next to the apartment.
