Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bazouges-la-Pérouse

Our stay at Mike and Dave’s Airbnb far exceeded our expectations. "The Barn" was spacious and tastefully decorated with antiques, tapestries, and beautiful carpets. Each bedroom had its own modern, well-equipped bathroom with wonderful shower water pressure. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The large garden was peaceful and inviting, with lounge chairs, yard games, a badminton net, and a fenced-in area with goats. We enjoyed the quiet setting and the variety of birds around the property. Our dog was welcomed and had plenty of space to roam. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas were available and comfortable. The carved wooden canopy beds were a charming and cozy feature. Mike and Dave were excellent hosts: friendly, responsive, and helpful with restaurant suggestions and tips for visiting Mont Saint-Michel. They are fluent in French and English. It’s a short 15-min drive to the carpark of Mont St Michel. Definitely convenient if you want to head there early and beat the crowds that stream in from around 11am. Richard’s place is well-equipped and very comfortable for my family of five. We had breakfasts and cooked dinner during our stay and had no problem at all. Suitable for long term stay and for exploring the region. It was a pity we could only stay for 2 nights.

This is a beautifully renovated little cottage, done to a high quality. It is extremely comfortable, really well equipped and in a very peaceful setting. It is very close to the canal for those coming by bike as we did, with great bike storage. we would definitely recommend this wonderful place.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night to be in the area of Mont Saint Michel because we were doing a tour of it the next day. You can see it from Cancale and it’s only a 35 minute drive The minute we walked into the Airbnb we were charmed. So much thought and nuance has been put into the place! We were impressed how well he used the space that he had to make the renovations he did. The shower was great, worked well and the whole apartment was super clean and had a very pleasant smell. The free parking is basically on top of the Airbnb and short two minute walk down some charming slate stairs. Even the parking lot overlooking the whole bay was like a big open arm welcome. We don’t like oysters or much seafood but if you do this is the place to get it. They are famous for their oysters! Definitely recommend, and also recommend other Airbnb hosts to stay there; to see how it’s done!

Apartment with a lot of charm. Lots of original or really old fixtures, without any loss of confort. Very well located, perfect spot to walk and discover the city. Kitchen well equipped. Wonderful views from the living room. We would certainly stay again if repeating in Rennes!

Great little accommodation, very nice, very well furnished, every corner is optimized, furnished with care, it feels very good. Quiet environment, beautiful view of the castle. Parking is a real plus, the small terrace allows you to sit quietly outside admiring the castle. Shops and restaurants nearby, everything is within walking distance. We recommend.

My daughter and I stayed here for a week and had a fabulous time. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, felt like a true relic. The location was definitely full of young adults, lots of personality, and tons of bars and shopping in walking distance. It could be noisy at night, but we enjoyed the music and could simply close the windows and it was peaceful in the room.

We had a great time with the family for the Christmas holidays. The house was perfectly true to the description, as well as the promised view, no disappointment! moreover the house had been decorated for Christmas! the house is large and very warm and really conducive to family gatherings! in addition the hosts are very responsive and friendly , we had a small power outage at 10pm which was fixed very quickly with Sebastien's assistance. The game room and hot tub are really a plus , as well as the large fireplace that allows long cocooning evenings in the living room . We'll definitely be back!

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

Very nice house, spacious and well arranged, suitable for adults and children, 5 min walk from downtown Cancale and 15 min walk from the port. Brigitte is a very kind and accommodating host. We had a great time with 3 families without ever stepping on each other's toes!

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

Ideal place to gather with family and enjoy visiting Mont Saint Michel and Cancal. The house is spacious and well thought out to enjoy the place peacefully. Birds, hares and rooster crowing on the terrace accompanied us to breakfast on the terrace. And a big thank you to Sophie for allowing us to travel with our four-legged friends.

Stay in a splendid place with sea views Flawless bedrooms and bathrooms The only small downside is the size of the dining table too small for 12 people: we had to use the oval garden table (so not practical to extend a rectangular table and suddenly it becomes very difficult to move around in the kitchen. Otherwise very nice living room with fireplace. Ping pong table in the garage is very useful. We had a great stay.
