The apartment is on the 4th floor of the building, with three bedrooms, a living room and a separate terrace with a beautiful city view. It is situated in a very central location, district of Fatih, the European side of Istanbul. There is traditional shops selling cheeses ,spices and meat shops downstairs entrance of the building. If you don’t like the smell of them even for some seconds I would recommend you to rethink to book. In the flat, you don’t smell anything related to butcher orcheese.

There are 8 mertro station from airport to my home. All the furnitures're exclusive style as seen via photos. While your accommodation you'll feel the confortable. The surrounding of home are very quiet. 24 hours bathroom, kitchen, iron, washing machine, wi-fi etc.In your use.

Four separate flats, each with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen plus living room with sofa bed. Internet. 150 m2. Easy access to all Istanbul's most important sites. 15 minutes to Taksim and Sultanahmet by taxi. Tram, bus and ferry to all the other popular areas and it takes only 5-10 minutes walk to get to those stations from my house.

Notre séjour à Istanbul s’est parfaitement bien passé. Balat est un quartier très coloré et amusant, et l’énergie des personnes qui l’habitent est contagieuse. L’appartement est bien situé, proche des transports publics (tram, ferry, bus) et de bons restaurants. Le lit et les oreillers sont confortables :)

My husband and I stayed at Özlem and her partner’s place for more than one month! For us it was the first trip experience in the role of the Airbnb guest and this experience is, I can say, magnificent and amazing and absolutely met our expectations! The apartment was completely the same with the description and the photos! The apartment was totally clean, towels, bathrobes, cooking stuff, beautiful pillows, iron, pans, plates etc ( actually everything that you need for the most comfortable staying) were prepared for us in a timely manner. Also the sweets and fruits were kindly served when we checked in! Enjoyed a lot! Also, can’t help saying a few words about the view ! From your apartment balcony you will see the typical Balat, one of the ancient and historical places of Istanbul and many tourists who come here to take the photo with the beautiful colourful buildings, and from the terrace there will be the view of Golden Horn , which will totally amaze your imagination! Our love with Istanbul and its rich history started from this place and we will never regret and forget this experience! Özlem and her partner are the best hosts ever with a big heart! This place is highly recommended as the best start to get acquainted with Istanbul history where you will be able to stay like at home exploring many places around! Many churches, places worth visiting, restaurants, cafes! Breakfast in Velvet is the best , also check the Pianto to try amazing coffee ! (5 mins walk from the apartment)! Every Tuesday there is a local market with fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese , meat and fish close to home! When checked out due to the traffic jams etc we weren’t be able to take a taxi or book from Uber, so Ozlem’s partner took for us the taxi from the street ! Thank you a lot for your big hospitality and perfect thoughts and attitude to your guest ! Always in our hearts ! This apartment is the soul of Balat! ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thank you very much indeed ! It was a nice and tiny place. You can walk everywhere in Balat. Its close to seaside as well. You can also use tram by walk. House was nice you can easily stay two persons or three. Water was warm enough and you can change the heat from controller so easily. Only think that I didn’t like about the house is the kitchen stuffs. It was kinda dirty. And there was dust under the bed. Here is the one of the best option for this price.
