I am very polite. The attention of the host, the location of the house, the amenities in the house are at the highest level. The second floor of the house opens a tremendous view to Istanbul. If I come to Istanbul again, I would definitely prefer this place again. The host answers questions instantly.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully restored historic home! The house is full of charm and character, with a perfect balance of spacious communal areas for everyone to enjoy and enough bathrooms to comfortably accommodate a large group. The neighborhood is stunning and well-connected, with easy access to both the old and new parts of the city via ferry and tram. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our needs, making the stay even more enjoyable. If you're traveling with a group, consider requesting extra keys for added convenience. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

The house was very clean and comfortable, everything was considered, we were extremely satisfied with the stay, it will be a place I will choose again, thank you Mr. Sefa.

Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

The apartment is fantastic for spaciousness, views and extra services such as heated pool-sauna-gimnasio. Fatih is an excellent host who is always ready to help and gives you anything you need. Totally recommended

This is a great place to stay in Istanbul. It is close to main districts like Sisli, Harbiye, Taksim etc. This airbnb is one of the cleanest ones I ve stayed. I will be back for sure when I stay in Istanbul. I recommend this place without any doubt. The building has an indoor parking which is important for Istanbul.

The apartment is spacious, pleasant and well-maintained. Located in a very good location (5 minutes on foot to the T1 tram stop: Findikzade - the tram will take you directly to the most important attractions of Istanbul). A very proactive, wonderful, and communicative host. The apartment is warm, which is important when it is rainy or cold. A must-see!

the property at 1 st floor. near to grocery shops. can buy vegetables,meat,spices and cook at house. house is located 300 meter from aksaray metro station, bus station and yusof pasa tram station. a lot of restaurants sorounding area. very easy to eat. opposite a small mosque. the area quiet at night, easy to sleep

My stay in this apartment was extremely pleasant. The property is in the immediate vicinity of the metro station and offers numerous shopping opportunities in the area.
