Vacation rentals with a patio in Bayrampaşa

During our week in the Soil Balat apartment we had a wonderful time. The apartment is quite small but functional, it is located in a trendy and hip area of Fatih, Istanbul. There is life in the restaurants around, without being too disturbing. Soil Balat was very helpful and reactive to all our requests. Clear recommendation.

The apartment matched the photos and description perfectly, and in person, it was even more comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, making the space impeccably clean and tidy. It felt more like a cozy home than a soulless hotel, and it was a joy to stay in a place crafted with such care. During our February stay in Istanbul, we faced extreme temperatures that caused the boiler to fail, leading to interruptions in heating and hot water. The owners didn’t leave us to handle this on our own for a moment. They immediately stepped in with full support, ordered additional heaters, contacted the service department, and worked tirelessly to ensure our plans and stay weren’t disrupted. Initially, we were quite irritable and demanding, but the owners’ response was nothing but caring and professional. It’s in moments of crisis that service quality is truly tested, and we were amazed to receive such an exceptional level of service in Turkey. I highly recommend this apartment.

We spent 8 wonderful days in the apartment and I can confidently say: this is one of the most pleasant places I have ever stayed! Shaban and Bakhara are amazing people: friendly and responsive. They created an atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. A great host, very communicative and helpful. The apartment is in a good location, but it's very local. We enjoyed it, but it's not for everyone. The apartment itself matched the description but needs a bit of TLC. The design is a little strange with each room being a self contained unit with its own fridge and sink, and some of the areas are a little worn. Overall a great experience.

Great 3 floor house in Balat. 15 minutes from the center. Balat is super nice hipster neighborhood with lots of coffee places and local restaurants. The house had 5 bedrooms, all clean and organized. Super nice decor. Comfortable beds and in the 3rd floor you have a living room and dining room with a small kitchen to gather together. We were 8 adults and had lot of space.

We stayed in this place for six days and we had a great time. The house is in an excellent location specially for younger people. The house is as great as it is presented in the pictures and has all the utilities as described.

The location is super suitable for activities of all kinds (Bim to the center, harbor right nearby). The place with the view is unique and the landlord is very friendly and quick to respond to questions!

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

Benny is very friendly, helpful and very responsive to messages. He welcomed us personally and gave us very good tips. The apartment is perfectly located for visiting Istanbul. Although very close to a main road, it is quiet. The bus stop is very close, so we were able to get everywhere very well by public transport. The area is still rather simple, the apartment makes a very positive impression here. The apartment can be reached via a somewhat narrow staircase and is located on two floors. Downstairs are two bedrooms and a toilet, upstairs is a nice living room with balcony, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. We felt very comfortable and safe and would love to come back.

The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. Location was great, near Marmaray ( 8 Min by foot) We walked several times to the Mall called Floria Aquarium ( 40 min by Foot) or 2 Staions by Marmaray) Very nice Balcony with perfect view..
