We booked this property at short notice for 3 nights and were not disappointed. Location wise for us it was perfect as we wanted to visit certain areas that we had links to on the Normandy beaches. Olivier and Lodie were the perfect hosts and great people to meet. Anyone visiting this area give these guys a look. Great Airbnb 👍

Overall, we had a great time staying at Mathilde's apartment. She is very welcoming and responsive. It was as described on the listing and very convenient to stay with our dog. It is located in walking distance to the beach so that was a big plus. For WWII buffs, it is located in front of Sword beach. Omaha and Utah beaches are about 80 and 70 minute drives, respectively. Juno and Gold are nearby as well. All in all, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful 4 days. The location was perfect for our visit. We were there to see the D-Day landings and museums. Only a 10 minute walk to the town centre, with loads of restaurants with different choices. The little bungalow was perfect for 2 people. It was very clean & smart with plenty of room. It was great to be able to park the car off the road. All in all it had a feeling of being very safe area. I walked my dog in the dark and felt very safe.

The house is very nice, cozy, comfortable, well equipped, very clean and located in a very quiet residential area. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. The very large living room is beautifully furnished and bright. The bedroom and bathroom located on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, even the bedrooms and bathrooms located on the ground floor are comfortable. The whole house is tastefully furnished There is a beautiful garden equipped with tables and chairs. In front of the house you can easily park cars as it is a closed road. About a kilometer away is a well-stocked supermarket. You can reach the center of Caen in about 10 minutes by car, while access to the highways is quick in 5 minutes, you're already on the highway. Accommodation is highly recommended.

Our week in Epaney was most quiet, welcoming and pleasant, thanks to the welcome offered by Marc, in a perfectly equipped and clean cottage. The little extra: modern and functional amenities; differentiated garbage cans for selective sorting The access to the garden, the view from the terrace, this gite is a real gem.

We had a great time at Marie's place. Marie and very friendly and gives very good advice.

Very pleasant accommodation both inside and outside for our family weekend with 9 people. The spaces are large and diverse enough to allow everyone to go about their business or to meet up. The garden allows for many activities. We had a great extended weekend. The surroundings are attractive.

In ❤️ Normandy, we came across a heart-built accommodation that made us feel the French flair from the first second. You will find a very lovingly furnished characteristic accommodation, with everything you need. What can be particularly emphasized, we were here with eight people and we never stepped on each other's feet. Everywhere you find small storage facilities to organize the accommodation for yourself during the vacation. For evenings together, or even bad weather, plenty of games were❤️ provided and in the entrance area there is a foosball table, table tennis table and darts. Bertrand is a wonderful host who showed a lot of commitment with his ideas, tips, walks with his goats🐐, or crab fishing in the mudflats. He was quickly available for any questions and concerns. So, last but not least, the pool, which was always preheated to a pleasant temperature. A spot on earth to relax ❤

We were coming back to the cottage for the second time and the house has been redesigned. It offers even more conviviality. Great for our family vacation. The house was spotless and the hosts were available and very responsive. We'll be happy to go back on sunny days!

Christophe hosted us very well, showing us his accommodation, the pool, activities nearby according to our wishes and good places (restaurants, local shops, etc.) Christophe is really friendly and responsive if you need anything. Once your car is parked, you can do everything on foot in Ouistreham: beach, museums, activities, restaurants, shops, shopping, etc. The apartment is spacious (perfect for 4) and functional without forgetting good bedding. The pool and fitness area is splendid! We'll definitely be back, I recommend it 200%.

Anny's place is clean and comfortable, very close to the sea, Cabourg and Houlgate, its location allows beautiful walks to do. The small garden is nice. We had a pleasant stay there, there is nothing missing 😉
