Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Sylvie, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, la maison est très cosy et confortable. L'emplacement est idéal proche des commerces, restaurants et de la plage. Nous recommandons vivement pour des vacances, week-end en famille ou avec des amis.

Nous avons logé chez Isabelle une nuit sur le chemin des vacances avec notre fils de 20mois. C’était idéal. Très propre, le logement correspond bien aux photos. Tout est pensé pour ne pas s’inquiéter pour votre bébé (barrière de sécurité, chaise haute, jeux). La literie était excellente et nous avons profité un peu du très grand jardin après nos heures de route. Je recommande !

We booked this property at short notice for 3 nights and were not disappointed. Location wise for us it was perfect as we wanted to visit certain areas that we had links to on the Normandy beaches. Olivier and Lodie were the perfect hosts and great people to meet. Anyone visiting this area give these guys a look. Great Airbnb 👍

Overall, we had a great time staying at Mathilde's apartment. She is very welcoming and responsive. It was as described on the listing and very convenient to stay with our dog. It is located in walking distance to the beach so that was a big plus. For WWII buffs, it is located in front of Sword beach. Omaha and Utah beaches are about 80 and 70 minute drives, respectively. Juno and Gold are nearby as well. All in all, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful 4 days. The location was perfect for our visit. We were there to see the D-Day landings and museums. Only a 10 minute walk to the town centre, with loads of restaurants with different choices. The little bungalow was perfect for 2 people. It was very clean & smart with plenty of room. It was great to be able to park the car off the road. All in all it had a feeling of being very safe area. I walked my dog in the dark and felt very safe.

La casa è molto bella, accogliente, confortevole, ben attrezzata, pulitissima e situata in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata ed ampia. Il salone molto grande è splendidamente arredato e luminoso. La camera ed il bagno situati al piano terra sono ampi e comodi, anche le camere ed i bagni situati al piano rialzato sono confortevoli. Tutta la casa è arredata con buon gusto. C'è un bel giardino attrezzato di tavoli e sedie. Di fronte alla casa si possono parcheggiare con facilità le auto trattandosi di una strada chiusa. A circa un chilometro è presente un supermercato ben fornito. Si raggiunge il centro di Caen in circa 10 minuti di auto, mentre l'accesso alle autostrade è rapido in 5 minuti si è già in autostrada. L'alloggio è fortemente consigliato.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis. L'endroit est calme. Le logement possède tous le nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable. L' emplacement est stratégique pour accéder en peu de temps aux différents points touristiques. Merci encore pour l' accueil.

un logement très agréable tant Interieur et extérieur pour notre weekend familial à 9 personnes. Les espaces sont assez grands et divers et permettent à tous de vaquer à ses occupations ou à se retrouver. Le jardin permet de nombreuses activités. nous avons passé un excellent weekend rallongé. Les environs sont attrayants.

Just a note of caution about finding the place: It is rue de Lebisey in *Épron*. I think it has to do with Airbnb and not Claire, but parts of the Airbnb web-page show "Caen" as the address, which also has a rue de Lebisey. Also, if you plan on mailing anything there, it is 11bis (and not just 11). Anyway, we had a great stay. Yes, the stairs are narrow, but we had no trouble getting up and down. We had a few days in August where temperatures got to around 32 degrees, but the flat was cool enough for sleeping in the evening. Claire was always available and got back quickly, and had great advice to give (especially about a used bike shop near the train station). Depending on your needs, it's probably easiest to have a car, although there are some great markets nearby. We also rented an electric car and had no trouble finding reliable chargers in the area.

Im ❤️ der Normandie sind wir auf eine mit Herz errichtete Untekunft gestoßen, die uns von der ersten Sekunde den französischen Flair spüren ließ. Man trifft auf ein sehr liebevolle charakteristische eingerichtete Unterkunft, mit allem was man benötigt. Was man besonders hervorheben kann, wir waren mit acht Leute hier und wir sind uns nie auf die Füße getreten. Überall findet man kleine Ablagemöglichkeiten um die Unterkunft in der Zeit des Urlaubs für sich zu gestalten. Für gemeinsame Abende, oder auch schlechtes Wetter ist mit reichlich Spielen ge❤️sorgt wurden und im Eingangsbereich befindet sich der Kicker, Tischtennisplatte und Dart. Bertrand ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber, der sich mit seinen Ideen, Tipps, Spaziergängen mit seinen Ziegen🐐, oder dem Krabbenfischen im Watt besonders viel Engagement zeigte. Für jede Frage und Anliegen war er schnell erreichbar. So, zu guter letzt noch der Pool, der immer auf angenehme Temperatur vorgeheizt wurde. Ein Fleckchen Erde zum erholen ❤

Nous revenions dans le gîte pour la seconde fois et la maison a bien été repensée. Elle offre encore plus de convivialité. Idéal pour notre séjour en famille. La maison était impeccable et les hôtes étaient disponibles et très réactifs. Nous y retournerons volontiers aux beaux jours !

Chez Christophe, l’hospitalité normande a son champion ! À peine la porte franchie : sucettes en libre-service, verre de l’amitié au pommeau maison, cidre fermier en dégustation qui fait chanter les mouettes en chœur. Le ton est donné : simplicité, générosité et conseils sur-mesure. En 3 jours, notre hôte nous a guidés et fourni les bonnes adresses : balade historique à Caen, bol d’air à l’estuaire de l’Orne, frissons au musée du Grand Bunker, tour de karting, dîner coup de cœur à l’Oyat, poissons et crustacés ultra frais à prix imbattables à la criée du matin. Le logement est impeccable : spacieux, literie parfaite, piscine intérieure chauffée comme annoncé. Et tout au long du séjour, de petites attentions que je garde secrètes pour préserver la surprise… Bref : un hôte en or, un appart au top et un concentré de générosité normande. On repart avec le sourire, avec une seule idée : revenir !

Très joli appartement avec hôtes très sympathiques. De plus, l'accès à la plage est à 50 m, et surtout, le tennis de la résidence est disponible. Nous reviendrons.

Tour s'est bien passé, bon accueil, le logement nous correspondait parfaitement, à peine quelques minutes en voiture de toutes commodités.

"Superhôte" effectivement, le logement est juste parfait (2 nuits en famille à 4).

Nous garderons un excellent souvenir du Manoir ! Accueil parfait ! Lieu idéal pour une réunion de famille ! Nicolas est très réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Je recommande vivement ce lieu!

Le logement proposé par Anny est propre et confortable, très proche de la mer, de Cabourg et Houlgate, sa situation permet de belles balades à faire à pied. Le petit jardin est agréable. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour, il n'y manque rien 😉
