Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bay View, Milwaukee

This lovely home in Greendale was one of our favorite Airbnb stays. The house has character, was very clean and cozy, had comfortable beds and actually had comfortable pillows! My twin boys gave the stamp of approval and said they’d slept so good. Greendale itself was adorable with breakfast, coffee, lunch and dinner spots a nice short stroll away. This location was six minutes to the baseball complex for our son’s tournament and couldn’t have been handier. And the host, Jody, was wonderful and helpful. My fingers are crossed this place will be available for our next tournament!

Wow! What a beautiful home, backyard, and surrounding areas. Sarah thought of everything that you might need at a home away from home. We enjoyed every minute of the property and didn’t want to leave! We hope to make this a recurring family trip to Wauwatosa :)

My partner & I had a wonderful stay at “This Must Be the Place”. Was truly a relaxing getaway! Michael was very informative throughout our trip & his home was so cozy & peaceful. Everything is also very close by! So many independent owned restaurants & stores! We definitely enjoyed sitting in the patio all while cooking on the grill & watching the fire pit! 🌿

I grew up in this area and this duplex has the exact layout of many houses I spent time in as a child. Shorewood has lots of houses with efficient layouts, and like so many this was well designed to use every bit of space. We were in town for a funeral, so it wasn't the most fun week, but the house gave us a space to retreat to, comfortable beds, and lots of convenient details that made it a smooth week. We are grateful and would absolutely recommend this place to others.

The hosts were incredibly attentive and easy to communicate with! You could really tell they put in the effort to maintain everything beautifully. A fantastic experience all around!

We cant say enough about our stay with Stephanie and Jesse. We were only there for a night, but we found the place to be spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The house itself was gorgeous and it felt like an authentic Milwaukee home. The surrounding neighborhood was walkable and beautiful as well. The morning we left we noticed our tire was flat. Stephanie and Jesse were super proactive in helping us fix the flat. Jesse, who was extremely handy, was able to take the nail out and fill the hole so that we could return the rental car. We were all super thankful for their help as they took all the stress out of what would have otherwise been a somewhat stressful situation. They were great hosts and we cannot recommend them enough!

What a lovely apartment! We're so glad we chose to stay at John and Jamie's place. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully-decorated. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed, including coffee and half & half. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and within walking distance of the riverwalk and Lakefront Brewery. We're sad we only got to stay one night. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Milwaukee. Thanks, John & Jaime!

Mary’s is the only place I stay on my frequent visits to Milwaukee. I book ahead to ensure I am guaranteed a safe, clean, quiet, and private stay in a cozy studio apartment with convenient, free parking. Perfect.

Charles’s place was perfect for our family of 5 for the weekend, including 3 young children and dog. The apartment is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The street is peaceful and quiet. Being situated right on the park was perfect for the kids and dog. Humboldt Park is fantastic and huge. We walked to the Humboldt beer garden from the apartment for a chill Sunday lunch. Very convenient to the lake front and all of Bayview’s great restaurants on KK Ave. Charles was super easy to communicate with and we greatly appreciated his flexibility to meet our family’s needs.

As previous residents of Milwaukee, we're always so happy to return and stay at Dave and Josie's place for our visits. Dave and Josie are exceptional hosts, real pros that take pride in their historic home and make it so comfortable for guests. It's clean and quiet with no necessity overlooked. The bed is sooooo comfortable and I love having my coffee in the delightful sunroom at the front. And you can't beat the location. You are a few blocks from Lake Park/Lake Park Bistro and just a short pleasant walk to our fave coffee shop, Stone Creek, not to mention Cafe Hollander for brunch and Sendiks if you need a grocery stop! The check in/out is seamless. Dave and Josie are so responsive and friendly. Already looking forward to our next visit!

The place met our needs well. Just as advertised, nice and clean ,easy to get in. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. We parked out front and unfortunately our car got broken into.

Great place! Stayed 4 nights. The home was really nice. Angela was very responsive to questions. Easy ridesheare to the Rave [15 min] and Downtown [10 min]. Great bars and resturants only a 10 minute walk away. I'd definitely stay again!

Tip top n solidly golden.Great area!Supa quiet n quaint.Great coffee shop,Sprocket right around corner to get day started the head down to bike path along the lake for a stroll before heading to one of THE BEST friendliest old skool bars...Gordies!Overindulge there before hitting Redbar/BBQ for solid feast on way back to crib. 10 outta 10!!

We loved staying at this airbnb. Everything we could have possibly needed in this home was available. The location and neighborhood were better than we expected. It was a lovely area for taking long walks!!

This is among my top 3 Airbnb stays. The location was near lots of attractions in MKE, spacious and comfortable with lots of seating, had a modern kitchen with plenty of working space and some condiments readily available, the beds were comfy, and there were lots of amenities. It was easy to feel right at home, and we were also able to enjoy time in the sun in the large yard. The next time my family is in MKE, I plan on looking for this place again.

Sarah was a wonderful host with a beautiful home! My friends and I had a great time at this spot. It was clean and comfortable. Sarah was accommodating and responsive. Also super easy to get around Tosa or easy to get downtown!

Once we landed in Milwaukee, we texted Jodi to let her know when we expected to arrive at her place. She quickly responded that she had some errands but provided the entry code and made us feel welcome. We got settled in and then she reached out via text to let us know she had returned. She came up to meet us in person and helped us understand the city requirements for parking on the street. She had already provided the URL to the registration site and just made sure we were comfortable with what needed to be done. She later informed me that I'd parked on the wrong side of the street so that I could move the vehicle so that it didn't get a ticket. I appreciated that. We were out and about most of the time we were there. The notes that she had placed throughout were very helpful. The booklet that she printed was very clear and her expectations were reasonable and easy to meet. It's an older home, but very quaint and pretty cool.

We had a fantastic long weekend at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the area – everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach. The place itself was wonderful; clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Wonderful space, if you're to go out on Brady and or water/3rd street... lots of bars and restaurants in both areas, you'll be pleasantly surprised with how walkable it is to both areas. Amazingly secure, key fob to get into the lobby, standard key to use the elevator and then the actually unit also locks aswell. Don't have much to say other than there's plenty of space for 6 people, great balcony with walls on either side and a roof, tub with jet, and a nice projector down the spiral staircase. I hope you get to enjoy your space as much as I did.

Very clean, comfortable, and lovely home. We loved that it was converted from a market- it added to its charm! You can hear footsteps upstairs at times, but it didn’t bother us at all and the home has a sound machine in the bedroom that we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.
