SeaScape Condos West Roatan

Each condo is a 2 room suite with approximately 500 square feet and additional adjoining units (up to 4) are available. Each holds a maximum of 4 people. Large glass French doors open up to a beautiful view of the caribbean sunsets and saltwater pool. Each unit has a bedroom, full bath with ceramic and porcelain shower and living space with full kitchen featuring refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and stovetop. Full purified water throughout, AC and electric usage included in rental.

Great private room & Bathroom- 2 mins to beach

Great value, affordable, clean private rooms with private shower. All rooms and hotel common areas have WIFI. Towels are provided and rooms are cleaned daily. Please note: The shower is cold water only (common on the island). Our location is on the main street of Utila, a few minutes walk to the white sandy beach, the lagoon and plenty of restaurants, nightlife, diving etc. Rooms have 2 double beds and can accommodate up to 4 people. Please note- our rooms are basic but comfortable.

The Breeze is located in a private setting but still right in the heart of West End within walking distance of all West End has to offer. From now until 2025, we have construction going on in the area.
