The apartment is located in an old, modernized half-timbered house, with the best living climate. The living space is approx. 102 sqm. 4 ZKB belong to the regular offer, a comfortable sofa bed can be used as sleeping accommodation depending on the number of persons. In the courtyard there is a trampoline (max 50kg), as well as a table tennis table.
