Beglar is a great host, he even gave us a lift to Kobuleti at our check-out. The house is situated on a hill and the walk to the beach through the Botanical Garden is nice. The Botanical Garden itself is great. The only negative thing is the stoney beach which makes it a bit difficult to swim.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Tamara's place. Even on short notice, she was incredibly accommodating and made the booking process effortless. Communication was smooth and straightforward. The apartment itself is as lovely and cozy as described, providing a comfortable space that truly felt like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Имеется все удобства. Все техника идеально работает. В квартире имеется стиральная машина, холодильник, газовая плитка, все кухонные принадлежности, сушилка, телевизор. Также имеется дополнительное постельное белья. Для больших групп людей все очень удобно. Местоположение хорошая. Хозяин апартамент очень доброжелательный Встретил, обустроил! We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing.
