The house is located in the center of the city, near the sea (5 minutes walk to the dolphinarium and to the sea-side). Restaurants, cafes and the 24/7 shop are near. There is a wonderful park with a lake near the house. The house has a living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 balkony and a bathroom. It is good for family, friends and business travelers. The apartment is located in the central and old area of Batumi, 300 meters from the sea. The apartment is renovated and fully equipped. The apartment has a large veranda with a view of the city. I can meet the guest at the airport in Batumi and help with anything you need. I also have a car (jeep), in which the magu organize excursions to the mountainous Adjara. As well as a maga to meet you at Kutaisi airports.

Also laser musical fountains can be seen from the living room every evening.
