My place is located in the very heart of New Batumi - it's on the main prospect called Khimshiashvili, where you can enjoy shopping, having brilliant breakfasts, dinners and having unforgettable night life, included bars and casinos. Main surprise is the view on the Black Sea and the beach - enjoy sunsets and sunrises on my balcony and feel your self very comfortable. In addition, there is an aqua park, shopping mall and first of all, very experienced host with the perfect recommendations.

The kitchen area is equipped with modern appliances, including a stove and refrigerator. A dining table with glass top and stylish chairs is positioned near the kitchen. The living area, illuminated by natural light, features large curtains, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

Dear Guest, You are welcome to our comfortable and spacious apartment of 120 sq.m. The house is located in the center of the city, near the sea (5 minutes walk to the dolphinarium and to the sea-side). Restaurants, cafes and the 24/7 shop are near. There is a wonderful park with a lake near the house. The house has a living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 balkony and a bathroom. It is good for family, friends and business travelers. The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

A modern studio space is shown, featuring a comfortable sofa with yellow cushions and a stylish coffee table. An open kitchen area is equipped with sleek cabinets and pendant lighting, complemented by a small dining setup. A plant adds a touch of nature to the environment.

New, spacious, cozy, best locatoin in Batumi, 100 meters from the beach, bedrooms with mountain views, living room with sea view. Also laser musical fountains can be seen from the living room every evening. Near the apartment is located McDonald's, 300 meters to the dolphinarium, 300 meters to the central park of Batumi, 50 Meters to the supermarket (24 hour). Many restaurants with different cuisines around.
