Dear Guest, You are welcome to our comfortable and spacious apartment of 120 sq.m. The house is located in the center of the city, near the sea (5 minutes walk to the dolphinarium and to the sea-side). Restaurants, cafes and the 24/7 shop are near. There is a wonderful park with a lake near the house. The house has a living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 balkony and a bathroom. It is good for family, friends and business travelers. Gold Penthouse Panorama | Duplex-Front Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

A contemporary bedroom features a spacious bed with a textured bedspread, complemented by a decorative mirror on a low wooden table. Large glass windows offer expansive views of the surrounding mountains, river, and cityscape, with natural light illuminating the room.

This beautiful contemporary studio flat is just 2 minutes walk from the city's cleanest beach, 5 minutes walk from city central square and all touristic areas, cafes and restaurants. King sized bed with all glass window for nocturnal sky and city gazing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. It's wonderfully quiet and secured with high security systems. There is a bike hire station just 20 seconds away, perfect for a cycle along Batumi Boulevard.

A modern studio space is shown, featuring a comfortable sofa with yellow cushions and a stylish coffee table. An open kitchen area is equipped with sleek cabinets and pendant lighting, complemented by a small dining setup. A plant adds a touch of nature to the environment.

Also laser musical fountains can be seen from the living room every evening. Near the apartment is located McDonald's, 300 meters to the dolphinarium, 300 meters to the central park of Batumi, 50 Meters to the supermarket (24 hour). Many restaurants with different cuisines around.
