Our apartment is located in a new 12-storey building on the 11th floor with a large veranda and stunning views of the sea and mountains. The house has two elevators, free parking in the yard. All infrastructure, including restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stop are near the house. There are also vegetable markets nearby, where every day you can buy fresh Georgian cheese, aromatic spices, seasonal vegetables and fruits. In 6-8 minutes walk there is a cable car, and to the boulevard, coastal area and beach 10-15 minutes walk

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.
