Dear Guest, You are welcome to our comfortable and spacious apartment of 120 sq.m. The house is located in the center of the city, near the sea (5 minutes walk to the dolphinarium and to the sea-side). Restaurants, cafes and the 24/7 shop are near. There is a wonderful park with a lake near the house. The house has a living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 balkony and a bathroom. It is good for family, friends and business travelers. Also laser musical fountains can be seen from the living room every evening. Near the apartment is located McDonald's, 300 meters to the dolphinarium, 300 meters to the central park of Batumi, 50 Meters to the supermarket (24 hour). Many restaurants with different cuisines around.
