Had a great two months stay at Stefano's apartment. I liked that location was in the southern part of the city, where the beaches are considerably cleaner and calmer than in city center. My daily ride to gym to city center was just a short bus trip away. There are also several places nearby where it is possible to eat and hang out. Also several grocery shops next to building. I also liked that the apart hotel had a cafeteria, which served decent food. I would certainly stay here again! Communication with Stefano was also easy.

Rest - Super! The apartment fully in line with the description and photos! Sea view, panoramic windows, balcony. In terms of price-quality, it would work best. Apartment in new apartment ORBY, first line. The renovation is modern, there is everything you need. The hostess is great! Very welcoming, responsible, responds quickly.

Nice place with sea view 🌊 Clean and well maintained room with all amenities! Fantastic host!! Shops are within walking distance,open almost 24 hours! Across the road there is a sea promenade with restaurants and entertainment! Loved it!

Everything is fine! Very customer-oriented approach, helped even with an additional desk for work. Very clean, great view!

Beautiful hotel! The whole corridor is decorated with rock music, each room is dedicated to a particular band. We got the B-2 band room, which hit the bullseye! The view from the window, the distance to the sea, and the room itself were beyond praise. And Julia is an amiable and nice girl, we will definitely come to you next time.

Modern apartment with a beautiful view of Piazza

We arrived in Batumi by train and stayed for one night. We instantly loved to room on the 4th floor, which was very well kept and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony had a view of the main skyline of Batumi and the Piazza close by. It had a really nice atmosphere, though the proximity to the Piazza was a bit noisy too (if you want to sleep early, bring earplugs - but why are you in Batumi then ;) )
