The apartment is on the 31st floor Cozy, nice, fresh renovation. The apartment has absolutely everything for a pleasant stay: appliances, dishes, linen, towels, Wi-Fi. The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions. 
Two-storey apartment with an area of ​​100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.
