Located in the beautiful old part of Batumi, right above a delicious ice cream shop, dozens of cafes and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. And in case the wether is bad you can always enjoy a Netflix movie night or a cook off in the fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor also includes a little playground for children.
