On the first floor there is a large equipped kitchen and a living room with entrance to a terrace. On the neighboring plot is under construction, possible minor inconveniences during the day. The price is reduced as compensation.

the house is located near the city up to 3 kilometers from the sea, with views of the city, sea and mountains. It is a very quiet place where guests can relax and unwind. The place is in a calm place with fresh air. Parking is free in the yard. There is also FREE WI-FI and IP TV. You can reach the city center in 5 minutes and the beach by car in 4-5 minutes.
