Vacation rentals with a patio in Batignolles, Paris

Very satisfied with my stay at Aline's place. The apartment is very pleasant, well-equipped, quiet, surrounded by shops and close to the metro. Very responsive and friendly hosts. The unobstructed view of the Sacré-Cœur is a real plus.

Great place to stay, beautifully clean, super communication with host. We arrived early and they worked so hard to clean quickly to let us in at 3pm. We would stay again. Very restful and quiet. The balconies are amazing.

Great location outside of central Paris, buses connecting to subways close by. Very convenient location if you want to explore Paris but stay outside of the city center

We absolutely loved Vincent’s place — it was by our favorite airbnb we have stayed in Paris. It was very beautiful, clean, and spacious. He was very responsive and provided clear instructions. We also loved the neighborhood and it was close to so many amazing shops and restaurants! Highly recommend!

Small and cozy apartment, very well arranged. The terrace is a great place to enjoy a wine after long walks in Paris. Eduardo responds quickly and is very friendly. Highly recommended!!!!

We really loved our stay at Nicolas’s place. He was very friendly and great at communicating. The location of the apartment was perfect, in quite a quiet street and at the back of the building. The area around the apartment was very good for bats and restaurants. The interior of Nicolas’s apartment is very unique and a real pleasure to be in. We would definitely stay again when we’re back in Paris as it feels like a real home from home and much better having the amount to space than in a small hotel room.

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Everything was functional: Jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. Thank you again for this impeccable welcome, we will come back without hesitation!

Great accommodation within walking distance of the metro and the heart of Paris within half an hour. We had a super nice stay with ten people between 9 and 74 years old. Spacious neat rooms, large garden everything is present and equipped with every comfort. Tarik's reception was very hospitable and he even came to our aid during the Champions League final. Absolutely recommended!

The house was fully equipped to make you feel like if you were home. Very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our stay with our family and even shared a dinner together there. We spent a long weekend at Noemi's place. it is a great place hidden from the busy streets of Versailles. the house was very comfortable with all you need to feel like at home. The weather was great and we spent a couple of late evenings on the terrasse. The train station to Paris is 5 min away. Warmly recommended!

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

Great place for a small family. You can easily get grocery operate the location and cook your own delicacies. The Franprix opposite the location closes at 9pm. Great experience. Transportation: Walkable train station, easy access to Notre Dame and the Eiffel

Enjoyed the stay at Manuella’s. An amazing apartment that is fully equipped. I would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon!

Best places to stay no matter what anyone says The Eiffel Tower from the balcony is also beautiful The accommodation is better than what was featured in the photos For Koreans, I think you can go without worrying.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

We loved this lovely apartment in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Plenty of room and so fun to be able to eat on the patio. We loved walking through the neighborhood and finding cafes, places to buy groceries, and even a playground that our granddaughters enjoyed! Wonderful place. Highly recommend it. Hosts were very responsive!
