The apartment is very cozy and well located. There's everything you'll might need for a short stay. Maxence was always very kind and responsive. We would be glad to come back to this place! We totally recommend it :)

A charming home in an interesting neighborhood with shops, restaurants and transport nearby. The host was gracious and responsive and the home had multiple amenities.

Our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as one could hope for. The space was warm and elegant, both functional and beautiful, imbued with the generous spirit of a loving family. The spacious living quarters with large windows onto the street are a fine contrast to the quiet accommodations of the bedrooms, which have many books for parents to read to their children. In the vicinity there are numerous places to eat and quietly enjoy the neighborhood life. The host was eminently helpful and always available, with many great suggestions that helped make our stay feel genuinely Parisian and not merely as a tourist rushing through the week. We are very grateful for our wonderful stay!

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great neighbourhood, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and pubs. Also many parking places near by if you don’t want to park your car on the streets .

Renee's apartment was perfect!!! We are a family of 3 and were very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed. We had a flight delay and ended up arriving early morning a day later, we updated Renee and she had pastries for us when we arrived. Such a nice touch after a stressful moment. Everything is in walking distance. The Arc is about 20mins away. We even found a local park end enjoyed afternoon picnics. Supermarkets, patisseries and cafe's nearby. Easy access into the property, plenty of amenities in the apartment. loved our stay

We had a lovely stay at Fahd’s home! It was comfortable and in a quiet area which was so relaxing after spending all day shopping and walking around the city. It was walking distance to the train station which was also really convenient! Fahd was very kind and gave us super easy and helpful instructions to get in the home! He was also quick to respond to and incredibly polite with any question we had. I highly recommend staying here if you want a peaceful and safe place to stay. We felt very secure! Thank you, Fahd!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

It was a very nice clean place with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. In addition, you have several shopping options close by. The communication with the landlady was wonderful

I highly recommend this beautiful apartment, especially for the location which was just a few minutes walk to Champs Elysees, and great attractions. Also near two major Metro lines. The hosts were fantastic - very responsive and friendly!

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Véronique's place is quite charming. It matches the photos perfectly. Very comfy beds. Perfect for 4 people. A small jewel 2 steps from the main sights of Paris by metro or bus. Many shops and services close by. We would highly recommend.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Christine’s place ticked all of our boxes for our recent trip to Paris, we had a very enjoyable stay! Walking distance to many wonderful restaurants & eateries and close to several Metro stations to transport us anywhere. The apartment itself is clean, well appointed & laid out. It was a tight squeeze for 3 of us with our luggage but we made it work - the location, cleanliness & ammenities made up for that. Highly recommend!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Very easy relationship with the host. I had several questions and he was very responsive.

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.
