Vacation rentals with a patio in Batignolles, Paris

Es war war alles wunderbar! Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Juliana ist stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und flexibel. Wir danken ihr sehr für die Gastfreundschaft. Die Gegend ist sicher und schön, alles in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen und der Blick unbezahlbar. Danke! Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Spacious and very clean apartment just outside of the Paris city centre, ideal if you’re travelling by car (you will be able to park your care in a safe underground parking). Well furnished, with a good bed and shower, fast wifi and an outside terrace space. Would recommend!

Die Wohnung ist eine Oase in der Stadt. Wir haben uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr sicher gefühlt und die Ruhe nach dem Ausflug in die Stadt genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für die Kinder war alles notwendige und Spielzeug vorhanden. Die Metro ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, von dort fährt man ca 20 Minuten zu Notre Dame und weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die schönen, gemütlichen Terrassen! Mit einem Frühstück vom Supermarkt unten im Haus ein toller Start in den Tag. Direkt an der nächsten Ecke ist ein Park mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Also perfekt für eine Familie, um Stadt und Spiel zu verbinden. Aber auch ohne Kinder sehr schön, es gibt 3 Arbeitsplätze für mobiles Arbeiten! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We absolutely loved Vincent’s place — it was by our favorite airbnb we have stayed in Paris. It was very beautiful, clean, and spacious. He was very responsive and provided clear instructions. We also loved the neighborhood and it was close to so many amazing shops and restaurants! Highly recommend!

Departamento pequeño y acogedor, muy bien arreglado. La terraza es un excelente lugar para disfrutar de un vino después de las largas caminatas por París. Eduardo contesta rápido y es muy amable. Muy recomendable!!!!

An absolutely wonderful stay at Melanies. Loads of clear communication before arriving making a late night check in very easy. The apartment itself is beautiful and located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with a train station close by making getting into the center cheap and convenient. Also, the sofa bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. This is a 5 star find through and through. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Lucile empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber & ordentlich. Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & gute Restaurants in der Nähe der Wohnung. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt & kommen jederzeit gerne wieder :)

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Première impression à l'entrée du logement, un ensemble moderne, fonctionnel et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandions vivement et si besoin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un séjour parfait entre amis pour célébrer un enterrement de vie de jeune fille! La maison est incroyable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Tout était fonctionnel : jacuzzi, hammam, cuisine… Un vrai cocon de confort à seulement quelques minutes de Paris, mais dans un calme absolu. Idéal pour un groupe de 8 personnes, nous avons passé un moment inoubliable. Merci encore pour cet accueil impeccable, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Väldigt fin service! När vi ville grilla så kom Tarik med grillkol och tändredskap ❤️ Frukt, bröd, dryck och godis fanns till oss när vi kom. Kan rekommenderas.

The house was fully equipped to make you feel like if you were home. Very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our stay with our family and even shared a dinner together there. Damien was very responsive and flexible. We loved the place. We will definitely stay here when we return to Paris. Thank you for hosting us. Jose

Wir waren zu viert in Paris und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war herzlich, die Unterkunft sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders der schöne Garten und die ruhige Lage haben uns begeistert. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We spent a long weekend at Noemi's place. it is a great place hidden from the busy streets of Versailles. the house was very comfortable with all you need to feel like at home. The weather was great and we spent a couple of late evenings on the terrasse. The train station to Paris is 5 min away. Warmly recommended!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Schlafsofa war auch sehr gemütlich, was ich nicht gedacht hätte. Zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man die Metro, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten anzufahren. Von der Wohnung aus bis an den Eigelturm benötigt man ca. 40-50 Miniten mit der Metro. Die Innenstadt lag nun doch etwas entfernter, als wir gedacht hätten. Aber es ist zu bewältigen. Gegenüber oder nebenan der Wohnung findet man eine kleine Bäckerei, ein Supermarkt und ein Imbissrestaurant, was sehr praktisch war. Kontakt zur Vermieterin war stets vorhanden und sie antwortet ganz schnell und ist bemüht.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Claire. L’appartement est spacieux, très confortable et très lumineux et il est très bien situé à Levallois à côté du métro Anatole France (ligne 3). Nous recommandons !

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

It’s a good size apartment for Paris. Having two bedrooms an bathrooms allowed us space. One thing to note is one of the bathroom is without the WC/ toilet which is a separate ( almost like a powder room but without a sink). It seems this is very typical of Paris apartments. The kitchen was very well stocked. Having access of pots/ pans/ utensils/ dishwasher/ oven was a huge plus for us. It’s residential area so it was nice to see the local bakeries and grocery stores. Metro is very close.
