Beach house vacation rentals in Batangas

We had a great stay. Ma'am Mary Ann and Kuya Abet were very nice and hands on. The kids loved swimming and lounging by the pool. The place was squeaky clean and looked exactly the as the pictures and more. The sunset view is the best. PS Thank you for the free Turon and scuba diving lessons.

This is one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at. My senior parents who are very picky (and tried a lot of other batangas airbnbs) said they want to come back and stay at Louie’s place. My kids also cant stop talking about how they love the place. The entire airbnb is well-thought out: - there’s a shower and full bathroom at the pool area - there are a lot of racks where you can dry your wet clothes - there’s a hot and cold water dispenser - there are 2 toilets in the rooms with the double deck beds - the dining table is large enough for a big group Aside from that, we loved the family room with its huge TV and very comfy reclining chairs. There is also deck / balcony with stunning views. The property is also a couple of minutes walk to the beach. This is really the best of the best airbnbs —- very homey, aesthetically pleasing, functional, comfortable and a lot more!! Everything you’ll wish for in an airbnb. Hope we can book it again soon

Great host and place! Maam Chay was very proactive and responsive to our needs. Sir Rudy went the extra mile and offered his assistance from securing a floating cottage for us, to bringing us back to and from the house then beach and up to helping us get a contact to order freshly caught shrimp and tilapia. The hosts were truly commendable. Thank you for making our stay worthwhile! 💕

This was our first time using Airbnb as a family, and we’re really glad we chose this host. The house is surprisingly spacious for a typical beach property. What we loved most was being surrounded by lush green fields, having a stunning ocean view—especially at sunset—and still being close enough to the beach. While the sand near the property isn’t pure white, during high tide you can easily walk to nearby white sand spots with crystal-clear water. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with utensils, which was perfect for our needs. One suggestion for improvement would be to relocate the refrigerator inside the kitchen—it would make a big difference, especially for food-loving families like ours. Overall, a great stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Mano Lito and Cruzer were all very responsive and made sure to provide us with the best experiences! Will definitely come back and I highly recommend this place when you want a private spacious, near the beach house with a big pool for the family!

Place was just as described! Hosts were very responsive and proactive. Ate Maymay and kuya Bert - the caretakers - were always ready to help and assist. Too bad we couldn't maximize our stay since we had to leave early the next day, so hopefully we could come back. Highly recommended even for big groups of up to 20!

Loved the breeze and mountain & sea views, the spotless and tastefully designed house, the pool and billiards/ ice hockey. Perfect for just staying in and hanging out with your family!!! Though it was not bad, nearby public beach is near the port so manage your expectations.

We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate 2 bdays. The place itself was great! What you see is what you get ✨ The caretakers are mababait and responsive my slight delays lang on our requests but we totally understand. 😊 The beach is not so great tbh, wrong timing lang siguro punta namin maulan, the waves are big and mej short time lg kmi nakapag swim and there's a ship infront 😅 and my mga trash, coconut husks, lots of sticks/wood, food wrappers, broken glasses but good thing is my naglilinis naman ng beach just be careful lang and wear your slippers. 🍃 Also I noticed the lights on the bedroom sa main floor are too dark IDK maybe ako lang 😅 mej masakit sa eyes maybe make it a little more brighter. Overall I rate our stay 8/10 😍 we get to enjoy karaoke, netflix, cooking kasi complete ang gamit, water dispenser is very convenient especially they offer unli water refill, working fridge and all ACs are working nicely! The place was literally good for a big group of people and has its own beachfront spot to chill. Staff are very welcoming and Lyza was also very considerate. We had a great time during our stay!

Christianne's and Susan (caretaker) are both SUPER HOST! If you are looking for a peaceful place and very private in Batangas/South, this is the PLACE. Great for family and friends space with an amazing view of the Batangas/Balayan Bay and overlooking the mountain range of Mindoro/Puerto Galera. Suggestion though, before you come, pass by the Mabini public market for some food shopping (meat/veg/seafood) if you are planning for big meals, if not, there's a grocery store close by and some Talipapa (small meat/seafood shops) along the way. Do i come back? 100% SURE!!!! Enjoy your stay!

Villa Bet Resh was a very nice, family & kid friendly villa. The rooms were spacious and the amenities & kitchen equipment and wares were complete. Although I wish there had been more than just 2 gas range as cooking for a big group took a long time. But that was well compensated by the available helpers who were very polite and efficient at making sure the kitchen is kept clean & assisted with the cooking as well. The furniture and appliances were also very nice at the villa (except the stand fans that were a bit faulty). My personal favorite was the space & the interior honestly. We stayed for 3D2N and I think our family of almost 30 was able to enjoy the villa. Pool was awesome, beach side is just okay... some may find it not safe for swimming though...

We had so much fun staying at Ms. Joys place. It was incredible so private, homey and clean. The rooms are clean, but not pwd friendly since you need to use the wide stairs going up and down the bedrooms. But since the place is outstanding it was not a big deal for us ☺️ The beachfront was swimmable the kids and also seniors and pwd was able to enjoy swimming at the beach. The pool was clean, but you need to be careful for the last steps since it is unnoticable. Five star also for kuya ricky he is so accomodating and always ready to assists. We will definitely going back! I am giving this place a 10stars! 🫶🫶🫶 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy beds and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication a breeze. We especially appreciated the little extras like fresh towels, coffee, and clear instructions for everything in the house. We had a truly wonderful stay at Jo’s Place – Blue Beach House in Lian! The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for our group. The interiors were charming and homey, with all the essentials provided—from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounging areas. What made the experience extra special was the beach access just a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the sunset, taking morning walks, and having fun by the shore. The outdoor spaces were perfect for both relaxation and bonding time. Jo and the caretakers were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. They made sure everything was in place and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended for families, barkadas, or anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Carol is very easy to deal with and the resort has complete amenties. The caretaker, Ate Susan, was also responsive and pleasant all throughout our stay. Even if the resort is described aa cozy, it doesn't feel cramped for a party of 16. Thumbs up, Carol! Your place is a good choice in the area 😀

Our family had a wonderful overnight stay at Lilo's. The place was nice and very clean with complete amenities. It was actually better than the pictures. The host, Juliana, was very responsive and the caretakers, Susan and Jacqueline, were friendly and readily provided assistance. The beach, with it's clear water was just a few steps away. Overall it was a short and sweet vacation. Thank you for opening your beautiful home.

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

The location gives a direct access to the beach. The house is perfect for our entire family. Although it was only a two-day stay, the children enjoyed so much and had a blast. Shachi communicated well and provided us heads -up about checking in. We recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

Very clean place, bathrooms are all big, the common area upstairs was chef’s kiss especially during sunset. Place was very spacious and comfortable. The owner is also very responsive. Check in and out times are very generous. They also allowed us to check in 2hrs earlier.

Two Oceans at Maya Maya is a great place for a family staycation. The photos on Airbnb are a bit outdated as the property has improved a lot. We were surprised by the beautiful furniture, antiques, and how well-maintained everything is. There are five bedrooms with bathrooms, plus a ground-floor room that makes it senior-friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of lounging spots. The living room doesn’t have air conditioning, but it encouraged us to enjoy the outdoors. The sea breeze and surrounding trees made it comfortable even on sunny days. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and not overly chlorinated, which we appreciated since we spent most of our time there. The sunsets, stargazing, and private beach below were amazing additions. We also appreciated the host allowing us to bring our two cats by agreement. The caretakers were helpful, though clearer boundaries would improve the experience. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Great place for a family hangout. The place was big and comfortable and had all the things we needed for a weekend break. Coordinating with Kuya Mandy was also a breeze. We will definitely book again.
