Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We loved this apartment!! We were only here 1 night and it was raining so we couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful patio at the house. We sat outside under a covered area for an hour but it would have been incredible on a beautiful day! The house is exactly as pictured and described. My daughter absolutely loved this house due to all of the pink and purple accents. Due to some road closures, we got turned around a little bit. Ingo was very responsive and quickly helped us find our way. She was waiting outside to greet us when we arrived. She had lots of amenities. Dish soap, dishwasher, tabs, laundry, detergent, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towel, towels, extra blankets… she even left a bunch of Easter eggs for my three children!! It is outside of the city center, but it was an excellent value. Two adults and three children slept comfortably. Thank you Inga!

nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

Super schönes, privates Beach-House mit herrlichem Ausblick und beheizten Pool (Chlor).Für 3-4 Personen optimal. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten den stressig Alltag hinter uns lassen. Slaven war sehr freundlich und hat uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Einzig und allein der stolze Preis (590 € pro Nacht -ohne Reinigung und Airbnb- Gebühren) über die Ostertage hat ein bisschen gestört, zumal die Unterkunft in denen wärmeren Monaten nicht einmal die Hälfte kostet. Ansonsten war alles tipptopp. Danke Slaven.

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Privatsphäre war genau so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Nach einen kleinen Problem war der Vermieter so schnell da. es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Sonnenaufgänge am obersten Sitzplatz waren berauschend. Es war alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt den wir nie vergessen werden. Das Haus ,die Umgebung ,einfach alles.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Io e 2 miei amici abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nell’appartamento e visitato tutta l’isola. Avendo il parcheggio riservato non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a parcheggiare l’auto vicino a casa. L’appartamento è super, con tavolo fuori coperto e orto da cui poter raccogliere tutti gli ortaggi freschi e delizioso curati da Goran, il proprietario. Goran è una persona d’oro, sempre disponibile, senza di lui la nostra vacanza non sarebbe stata così unica. Grazie Goran!

Wir waren zu zweit mit unseren 3 kleinen Hunden bei Iza und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind bequem und die große Dachterrasse hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Der Weg zum Strand ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß durch einen wundervollen Wald zu erreichen. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht ist hier genau richtig.

The experience staying in Tihana’s place was great, Tihana’s was caring and lovely, reaching out to us multiple times ensuring we are having a great time in the island, sharing local recommendations. The place is great, 2 mins walk to a private spot right on the island waterfront. The place has great location, only 5 mins drive to mainland, and around 45 mins to Krk southern part.

Casa molto carina e funzionale, due ampie camere e aria condizionata per i momenti più caldi, spazio esterno. Tutto molto comodo, un po’ faticosa verso la fine della vacanza la salita a casa con i bambini, in orario di pranzo, ma comunque tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Zorica ed Ivo sono stati sempre molto gentili e hanno avuto pazienza di dedicare sempre un momento ai nostri bambini e a noi, la vera differenza della casa sono i loro proprietari! Consiglio l’alloggio.

Tom & Manuela have a beautiful place, with great view of the mountains over Baška and even the sea side. The apartment we had was nice and cozy, had everything we needed, they even offered us bicycles to get into town!! It is calm and quiet around, I would recommend anyone to come stay here!

Appartamento arredato stupendamente, moderno con tutto l’occorrente anche per una lunga vacanza. Anche se io non ho trovato il phon. Macchina del caffè, zucchero e succo di frutta! Tutto quello che mi serviva per una notte. Peccato non esserci stata più tempo!

We loved our stay in Palmina’s beautiful apartment, perfect for our family reunion with our son and daughter-in-law. We felt at home immediately in the spotless apartment, relaxed on the deck, enjoyed watching boats and soaring birds while reveling in the eye-popping ocean view. The apartment had everything we needed. Thanks to Palmina’s fantastic insider tips we had a lovely dinner at a tavern in Opatija and enjoyed a beautiful day at a local beach in Rijeka, the birthplace of Baby Lasagne of Eurovision fame! Next time we will stay longer! Thanks for everything!!

Bilo nam je jako lijepo, svi su bili pristojni, sve je bilo čisto. U kućici nas je dočekala vatrica koja nas je grijala kroz noć. Atmosfera je bila opuštajuća, ugodna. Preporučile bismo ovaj objekt drugima i definitivno ćemo se opet vratiti.

Mooi huis, geweldig uitzicht, heerlijke houtkachel. Rumoerige buren: bronstige herten 😜. De natuur is hier heel dichtbij. Wat een heerlijke plek om los te komen van de beschaving. Overigens prima internet bereik (KPN). Mooie wandelingen kunnen maken vanuit het huis. Onze elektrische auto hebben we gratis kunnen opladen in Skrad! (Elen netwerk) De Ioniq 5 ging soepeltjes over de bos- en grindpaden naar het huis. Zeker een aanrader als je rust zoekt!
