The apartment is in the basement of a family home, which ensures a comfortable temperature in the summer, but still with plenty of daylight. There is free parking in the backyard. The beach is 250 m away. It is possible to reach the center of the City of Krk in a ten-minute walk by the sea. The apartment guests have their own part of the garden, lounge chairs, table and chairs, a barbecue, a shower in the yard, a parking lot and storage for bicycles and other equipment. Nearby there are sports facilities - an open gym by the sea.

This cozy tiny house is situated directly in the heart of the old town of Baška. Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. Ideal for a family holiday: the beach just in front of the house, no need of any transportation, private parking on 300 m from the accommodation. .

Location is quiet but also in close proximity of restaurants, bars, and everything else that you would need to have a nice and relaxed vacation. The place is also on 1 MINUTE walking distance from beach and sea, literally. The apartment is comfortably furnished and we also provide our guests with free WiFi and parking spot. It is most suitable for a family.
