Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

This charming apartment with lots of character is situated in walking zone, in the heart of Baška, so you can feel the real rhythm of life in this small village (including some street noise during the peak of the tourist season). Beach is just 30 m away, as well as restaurants, coffee shops and harbor. Despite the fact that the apartment is in the pedestrian zone, free parking for our guests is also very close.

Apartment Tomislav1 (A2+2, approx 35 square meters) has 1 double bedroom (bed 160*190), bath, kitchen and living room with extra bed (yellow couch) for 2 more persons. Extra bed is yellow couch that extends into a bed 140*190. For him I have a mattress 5cm thick for comfortable sleep. Comfortable studio apartment in the attic for 2 persons in Baška, located in a sunny and quiet area of Zarok, only 60 m away from the well know pebble beach and near a pine forest. The apartment is 37 m2, and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a bedroom (with a double bed) connected to a living room, and a bathroom with a shower. It has a 16 m2 terrace overlooking the town and the sea. Internet, SAT TV , and air-conditioning are provided.

The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.

Location is quiet but also in close proximity of restaurants, bars, and everything else that you would need to have a nice and relaxed vacation. The place is also on 1 MINUTE walking distance from beach and sea, literally. The apartment is comfortably furnished and we also provide our guests with free WiFi and parking spot. It is most suitable for a family.
