Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

It overlooks our horses, sheep & chickens. A short walk will take you to the award winning Watership Down Inn & Bombay Sapphire distillery. The surrounding area boasts beautiful walks. Situated 1 mile from the market town of Petersfield. Country walks on the doorstep and 500m from the local pub. Only 20 mins drive to the beach its a great spot for a break.

Secluded country cottage surrounded by private paddocks in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Patio and hot tub overlook beautiful countryside and our Hampshire Down Sheep. The picturesque and historic towns of New Alresford 5 mins and Winchester 15 mins drive away. We have great walks, cycling and riding straight from the farm. There are 2 double rooms and one room with a single bed and a pull out mattress that could cater for 2 if required making 6 in total.
