Amazing place to stay especially with the peach nearby and lots of friendly people

We enjoyed our stay at Andy & Rosie's thanks to the great location and beautiful surroundings. We used it as a base for Goodwood, which was a short drive away. The local golf club being so close was also a bonus. The accommodation itself was well furnished and spacious and check in was made simple with the clear instructions and Andy's welcoming greeting on arrival.

Really great value for money; big and spacious enough for four, with 2 comfortable double beds, and Lynn even supplied us with breakfast things! The little courtyard was so lovely to sit outside.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, beautiful brand new spacious house with a lovely garden and great parking, I definitely recommend his accommodation.

We had a fabulous stay at Lucy & Alex’s beautiful barn! Exceeded all expectations! A brilliant space with everything you could need to hand. Stand out feature was the wonderful projector, which we took advantage of the evening after having visited Highclere Castle, to watch the Downton Abbey film. Just perfect! Lucy was so thoughtful in providing both Downton Abbey films for us to watch during our stay. We’d had a long journey down to the barn and were so grateful to Lucy for supplying all the essentials for a much needed tea and toast break before we went for dinner at The Jack Russell (a wonderful recommendation from Lucy). It was great to meet Lucy & Alex (and the beautiful Mabel too), we’d love to come back for another visit!

I felt extremely welcome right away. Michele's place is one that stands out from many with small, warm details. As soon as I entered the accommodation, I could feel how much Michele enjoys hosting. Everything was prepared with a lot of love: fresh flowers on the table, a personalized welcome at the table, a few breakfast cereals (including milk, for which I was allowed to express wishes in advance). I find the accommodation itself even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. Beautiful size, great layout, you could move in immediately. 😉 Michele came by to greet me in person and answer any questions I might have. The check-in was completely flexible. The bed was totally cozy. Although the cottage is in the garden of the hosts and maybe one of the two scurries past it, you have your peace and privacy. I'd come back anytime because it was perfect all around!!

Fantastic weekend at this airbnb with six other friends celebrating 40th Birthday. We went to Winchester which was really nice,plenty choices of nice shops, restaurants,beautiful parks and of course the weather was spoiling us too. Location of this place is great and the garden view was so peaceful and green. We have had a very tasty barbecue and even tastier Sunday breakfast on the lovely outside decking area. Checkout was good 11am is great time ,and Nigel also had an option for even later time for a small charge which can be a good option for other guests. We have visited the New Forest for a lovely 12k long walk.This was only 30min away from the airbnb. I will definitely recomend this place to others. Thank you Nigel and Sara. I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. I was especially touched by the extra care taken to prepare for my son’s stay: a high chair, cot bed, and even some lovely toys were all thoughtfully provided, which made a big difference for us as a family. The garden was a peaceful haven and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or letting my little one play. The location is ideal for a longer stay, with easy access to nearby attractions for day trips—and even London is not too far away. Every detail in the home showed how much the host cares about the guests’ comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’m so grateful for the warm hospitality and would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s! As a family with a baby and a young child, it was perfect, peaceful and well equipped for our stay. We particularly loved having breakfast provided there in the mornings, and the view was fantastic! It is a short walk to Marlow city centre and we would definitely stay here again!

If we could give a rating of higher than 5 stars, we would. James is welcoming and very responsive. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen includes top quality crockery, cutlery, etc. as well as a few food supplies in the cupboard and fridge. Everything that we required was provided. In addition to that James went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We stayed for four days and could have stayed longer. We will definitely return, if the occasion arises. This is a beautifully appointed flat that is convenient to the Summertown Shops around the corner. The bus service into Oxford City Centre is frequent and an easy trip. This is also a good place to catch the bus to Blenheim Palace. This charming flat is on a quiet street and Francesca is a terrific host.

We had a lovely stay at Diana’s and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, Hythe village is walkable and the apartment was lovely - extremely well appointed and even better than the photos.

Lovely place to stay to explore Cotswolds. Clean and peaceful. Just a few walks away from the well-known Arlington Row. Anne is very nice to provide us breakfast. Easy and smooth check-in and check-out also.

Beth’ s place is amazing. A calm and peaceful haven. From the thoughtful welcome card to the incredibly kind extra touches like bread, milk and eggs. Beth has created the most fantastic experience for guests. We had a fabulous 8 nights and really recommend this as a perfect place to stay.

Katie’s apartment was stunning! Extremely clean and tastefully renovated. The bed was amazing and loved the luxury of a small tv at the foot of the bed. There is nothing I could fault about this accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

A great place to stay with all the amenities needed and a central location to visit the sights of Portsmouth. Would highly recommend

Davina was so lovely to meet during our stay! She offered to put out a badminton set and umbrella for us to maximise the summer sun. We got to hear loads about the surrounding area, including brilliant information about the local peacocks! (Which we heard during our stay!)

We enjoyed a lovely, peaceful stay. Lesley was a responsive and friendly host who gave us our own space. Instructions for arrival were very clear. The room was pristine with thoughtful extras and we were very greatful for the excellent breakfast options in the morning. Thank you!

We felt like coming home. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the wonderful equipped living- room and dining area. The breakfast was great and the tips for Restaurants etc. very helpful. Our dog was welcome, too. We definitely recommand These wonderful quiet place.

A comfortable, clean room in a beautiful house with gorgeous gardens, a stone's throw from both Jane Austen's house and Chawton House. Lovely, informative hosts and delightful dogs; breakfast was also delicious. I felt fully rested after my stay, and I just wish that I could have stayed longer.

We had a lovely stay albeit short, only one night. If you want a cosy, character and quirky cottage in a peaceful village with lovely walks and a great pub near by then this is the perfect getaway! Gilly and James were lovely hosts. Thank you for our stay.

Lucy is a fabulous host! Extremely welcoming & eager to make her guests feel right at home - which I immediately was!! The room was perfect for my all too short one night visit. Super clean en-suite & a fridge full of goodies. Loved Lucy’s private garden, looking its best in the spring sunshine ☀️ Highly recommend Lucy’s place for a friendly, peaceful & comfortable stay.
