Beach house vacation rentals in Basilicata

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mirella’s home, and she is an incredible host! From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt completely at home. The house is inviting and cozy, with a spectacular outdoor terrace that makes it the perfect retreat. The views and location are amazing—just steps away from our favorite beach, and an easy drive to several other beautiful beaches. We truly felt like we discovered a hidden gem and can’t wait to return!

The place is really right on the sea very close to a small quiet beach. A path leads to other large beaches with loungers and aprons. We enjoyed the tranquility here with very nice Italian neighbors and would come back again!

Silvana's impeccable hospitality, who explained in the details the access road to the villa and must-see places/restaurants. The residence is very stately and overlooks the beautiful Baia D'Arconte, which can be reached in 5 minutes walk. The beach service is included and accurate, the sea is clear. The house is furnished with personal style and very elegant, equipped with every comfort and fine finishes. I highly recommend the location.

Matteo 's place was perfect quiet clean and spacious the supermarket is close by and also a coffee shop. also a short drive to the beach. The gas cooker is not an auto ignition so make sure you have a lighter of some kind with you. once we got a that sorted and got the gas going for a cup of tea we were happy. We thoroughly recommend Matteo's place easy to find and access

The stay exceeded all expectations. The location couldn’t have been more ideal and being just a few steps from the beach was amazing. This is the spot to choose if you are looking to get away from other foreign tourists and was very authentic (I think we were the only foreign tourists in town). The hosts were very welcoming and responsive (assisted with coordinating transport, provided recommendations and went above and beyond). Villammare is a short walk up the road and had great pizzerias and gelaterias. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary cookware, in case you want to stay-in for the night. The semi-private beach was shared with several other seaside residences, mostly families, making it a calm and relaxing place to hang out and swim.

I found the place as described in a very quiet area, but close to several places for the nightlife. The host was always available for any request, if you wanted to find the only thing, let's say negative is the TV that didn't work.

Giovanni is a great host, any problem immediately ready to solve the house. Everything was working. My dog outside was a great way to go to the sea, but with the car for 5 minutes and you are on the beach, however, a nice experience without problems and everything as described, a warm greeting to Giovanni

The villa is gorgeous, with the most stunning views. Perfect location, close to Scario for shopping and all of the essentials. We were a group of 3 couples, which meant that we got a floor each in the villa, providing privacy. The communal areas were large, with great cooking and dining facilities. The pool is enormous, cool and fresh for the hot sunny weather. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. We took advantage of hiring a chef for one of the nights and we had the most beautiful 4-course meal for a similar price as an average restaurant - strongly recommend this experience.

Beautiful experience, the apartment was true to the description, very clean and well-kept, equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The environment inside the residence is quiet and pleasant, the pool is very nice and well managed, Cosimo left us the bracelets for access to the piascina and the private parking pass right in front of the house. Upon arrival we were able to check in immediately with the kind Mrs. Patrizia who explained everything to us in a clear and precise way. The only thing we missed was that the sofa beds were 2 singles, I don't know why but we were convinced there was a double as in most cases, but it wasn't a problem anyway. I can only recommend the property and thank Mr. Cosimo for his seriousness and courtesy. Thanks Simone Beccaro

Giovanni is a great host, we only had one problem finding the house again, but, we resolved it by phone in a short time, the house is comfortable, very clean and tastefully furnished, there are all the amenities you are looking for on vacation. Thank you

A small gem located in a really convenient location. The distance from the sea ( and what sea!) and essential amenities is really small. The structure is excellent in the cleanliness of the rooms (very attentive to the choice of materials) and in the services it offers to guests, especially the smallest ones (the playground in the garden was a godsend). Very helpful and kind owners. Highly recommended property, especially given the great quality/price! Congratulations again.
