Small cottage with large private pool

The small cottage in the hill is a pleasant place and in perfect, harmonic tuning with the nature. The house features the great advantage to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a walk away from the town cente, the old town and shops; just 5 minutes away. The SITA bus stop for Bari is 150 ms away from the cottage. The pool is for the exclusive USE of guests. However, due to its size it is not possible to heat it. Therefore, it can be used from June 1st to September 30th.

In the spacious entrance area there is a table with two chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, kettle, oven, refrigerator ... A large wardrobe separates the sleeping area, with double bed (150 cm wide). In front of the house there is a terrace with 2 sun loungers and a table with chairs and umbrella. The entrance area is surrounded by herbs, roses and wine.
