Very modern, comfortable, nice and excellent equipment apartment. Lovely planted terrace with whirlpool, hammock, lounge furniture, barbecue and table tennis. Vincenzo is a super friendly, sympathetic, flexible and open-minded host. We enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome in his home. I highly recommend staying at Vincenzo's apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment in the sassi close to everything. The host was very responsive explaining all about the area and what to see and where to eat. The rooftop terrace is a magical particularly at sunset with views over the Sassi.

Communication with Manuela was outstanding - she is very friendly and welcoming. Manuela already provided us with food and drinks (basic food supplies) on the day of arrival, so we didn't have to go shopping on the first day. Especially great about the apartment is the very large terrace and the view of the water. From the downside to the quiet and private location of the apartment, the path to downtown Bari takes longer, but you have a very good connection by bus. We enjoyed our stay in Bari.

Matteo 's place was perfect quiet clean and spacious the supermarket is close by and also a coffee shop. also a short drive to the beach. The gas cooker is not an auto ignition so make sure you have a lighter of some kind with you. once we got a that sorted and got the gas going for a cup of tea we were happy. We thoroughly recommend Matteo's place easy to find and access

Impeccable stay, the sauna and hot tub made the suite unique and special. Vincenzo was super nice and helpful. I highly recommend it.

What more could we have asked for in a romantic weekend getaway?! Marilisa and Raffaele are amazing hosts who had everything prepared for our arrival. They were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs and wants. Located about 30 minutes away from Matera and about 50 minutes from Taranto, Laterza is the perfect mid point for a mountain/beach weekend. If you don’t want to travel much outside the area, Laterza itself is a beautiful city to soak in as well. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again!!!

Great service, very good communication and very very clean appartment. Great pool with enough beds to relax. Swimming cap is required which keeps also the pool very clean. lovely welcome drink, breakfast cake, coffee provided. Just great!!

The loveliest house and the sweetest hosts in Italy! We were welcomed with the most amazing lunch of icy prosecco, various delicious dishes based on local produce from Puglia, as well as soft and tasty freshly baked cake. We had informed the host that we had a child of 3 years old and a 6 month old baby, and when we arrived, they had made sure to prepare changing pillows, high chairs, toys and toy blanket, hair bucket, crib, etc., so we had absolutely nothing to think about ourselves - to the very great pleasure of the parents. In addition, the host bought the sweetest gifts for our oldest child of 3 years when we checked out after 18 days in a luxurious and safe environment. We often had contact with the hosts, who really made us feel welcome and comfortable. They provided local recommendations for places to eat, sights, etc., and helped us book a table at a lovely local restaurant. All in all an unforgettable stay! 5 stars to Ottavio and Margherita. We will definitely be back!

This was a slice of heaven! Relax in the private pool or take a taxi to Il Merto beach! Or the closer, Fiumicello beach. Both wonderful …. Il Merto was a more beautiful setting - get a reservation at each before you go. The grocery was a short walk down and to the right for supplies and city center up is also great for restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and had many meals on the patio with a grand sunset.
