The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.

A living room area showcases a large 55" TV positioned on a modern TV stand, complemented by a wall-mounted shelf above. Wooden shelves and cabinets house decorative items and books, while a tall plant adds a touch of greenery to the space.
