beautiful apartment, great reception (very helpful), the only issue is that the walking distance to Taksim square is with very huge slope, Deniz responded swiftly during booking and after our arrival.

- beautiful place (better than photos) - everything you need is in the place: washing machine, dishwasher, etc. - perfectly located place (lots of restaurants nearby, 3 mn walk to the Galata tower although very peaceful quiet charming district) - very clear and organised instructions for check-in and life in the flat - terrace with a garden and quiet charming street view was perfect in the morning for coffee and at night for dinner and wine

Had a phenomenal 4 days in Istanbul at Latife’s gorgeous apartment, 3 girlfriends and I wanted a place that was cozy, beautiful and located in a vibrant neighborhood- this place exceeded our expectations! Latife was so kind to greet us upon arrival and show us around the unit when we got in. A fresh baked coffee- cake was waiting for us too! Little touches like this take the average AirBnb experience to the next level. The apartment is warm, rustic and beautifully designed. We loved using the sauna at the end of the day, and were super grateful to have a laundry machine! Thank you again Latife we hope to be back again someday! If you’re looking for a hip location, a beautiful apartment and a helpful host, this is it!

Very good flat with everything you need.

Nice medium size apartment, as described in the photos....bathroom is a bit small though. The private balcony is very nice, just not the greatest view. There is a shared balcony with somewhat of an ocean view also. The location is on a very steep hill, if you have trouble walking I would not choose this apartment. Still a good location as there are many restaurants ( somewhat pricey maybe) nearby and you can walk to the Grand Bazaar and many other tourist attractions from the apartment within about 8-10 minutes. The host was very friendly and always available, even helped carry my heavy luggage the last floor to the apartment (only the last floor does not have an elevator). I enjoyed my stay there, was happy with the price, location and helpful host... recommended, will be back !

Great for a couple, just 2 minutes away from Istiklal street and 5 minutes away from Galata Tower. Many places to eat and bars around. Just have in mind that streets are steep, I do not recommend to people with mobility problems.

The apartment is in a convenient location, Parking is great comfort. There is no noise that interferes with sleeping. There are kitchen utensils, but there are some shortcomings that can be removed. My stay there coincided with a 6.2 magnitude earthquake in Istanbul. It's a courtesy for the host to write and take care of it in the process. An apartment where he can stay again, thank you.

Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment. We truly felt at home. Ksenia is very responsive and always available if we need anything. The place is perfect for both short and long stays in Istanbul. Outside the apartment, the building is also clean, and there’s a store open until 3 AM with very reasonable prices. The pool and gym were great, and not too crowded during our stay. The apartment’s decor is very well thought out. It’s also well insulated from outside noise and equipped with various types of heating and air conditioning.

If we are to stay in that area again, we would prefer Mr. Celal's house without hesitation again. The house is as it appears in the photos, and Mr. Celal was very helpful with both check-in and check-out, he was always very interested. The fact that it had parking was the biggest advantage. Yes, the slope it is located is steep, but it is definitely worth it because it is within walking distance to Taksim Square and the bus station.

I rented so many apartments and this is the first apartment where I did not disdain to walk barefoot and use the household items provided. I usually do a general cleaning myself, but this apartment was well cleaned. Only for this you can already give a high rating. Silence at night is very important to me and I did not hear the neighbors in this apartment. Good security, which is also important. I needed this area, so I knew where I was going, but if you are a tourist, then this location will be far from the center. There are no shops in this residential complex yet, it is not very convenient if you do not have a car, it is also impossible to walk to the nearest supermarket, only by bus. Keep this in mind. There are not many kitchen utensils in the apartment for long stays, but I bought more myself, what I needed, as I planned to take it all home. The apartment turned out to be slightly larger than in the photos, the kitchen in life is more cozy than in the photos and in general the apartment is more aesthetic in life, which also pleased me. Thanks to the host.

Melissa’s place was amazing. I’ve received clear instructions on how to go around the area as well as in the building itself. Proximity of the shops and restaurants, security, garage and location of the apartment made my stay an unforgettable experience. Host made sure I understood everything and even did a follow up question after some time if everything is okay. Definitely a 10/10 experience! Would recommend it to anyone.

Apartment as shown in the photos. Great for groups of 6 people. Three bedrooms and two new bathrooms; a living room and large kitchen. The upstairs terrace is great for relaxing in the sun. There were some shortcomings in the house that were promptly filled by the timely intervention of the host. In general, the location is good, although the climb from the apartment to Taksim Square can be uncomfortable for those with serious mobility difficulties, so just be careful of this. Elevators, water and electricity always in perfect working order. The apartment is on the border between the new area of Taksim and a slightly more popular area but this does not create any problems as the area is, in general, super safe both day and night. A little noise from the street (Istanbul, in general, is chaotic) but the top floor and soundproofing of the windows mitigated this aspect. Ask the host for tips on where to go, transportation, etc..., he will always be of complete help.

The home was impeccable, 12-15 from istiklal. On the 6th floor with a nice view, spotless. The complex is very organized with a pool , gym and 2 food shops and the host impeccable, everything we needed was always there and helped us!!

The accommodation was ideal for a stay of a few nights, with the Galata Tower a few minutes' walk away and the tram to reach the historic center in 15 minutes. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Balat, Istanbul. The villa was in excellent condition – everything was well-maintained and spotless. The space was more than enough for our group, and the bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Our host was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond and very friendly, which made us feel truly welcome. Staying in Balat gave us the perfect opportunity to experience the authentic side of Istanbul. It was a real treat to be surrounded by the local charm, colorful streets, and unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood. Highly recommended!

First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Janet and her mother for everything. Her mother guided us through the villa with great clarity, ensuring we felt welcome and well-informed. Everything was perfect—the rooms were beautifully designed, the bathroom was luxurious, and the swimming pool was ideal even in winter. We stayed as a family group, and those two days became truly unforgettable moments in our lives. We were beyond happy and amazed by the experience. Our stay from February 4-6 was exceptionally well-prepared, with every detail thoughtfully arranged—from the cozy fireplace and ample firewood to the constant supply of hot water and the villa’s warm, inviting atmosphere.
