Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!

I normally booked somewhere else. However, since the host didn't contact me, I canceled my reservation and booked the Barış brain house at the last minute. She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. He's a great host. Definitely recommend. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Janet and her mother for everything. Her mother guided us through the villa with great clarity, ensuring we felt welcome and well-informed. Everything was perfect—the rooms were beautifully designed, the bathroom was luxurious, and the swimming pool was ideal even in winter. We stayed as a family group, and those two days became truly unforgettable moments in our lives. We were beyond happy and amazed by the experience. Our stay from February 4-6 was exceptionally well-prepared, with every detail thoughtfully arranged—from the cozy fireplace and ample firewood to the constant supply of hot water and the villa’s warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this villa to any group travelers looking for a perfect getaway. Without a doubt, I will book the same villa again in the near future. Thank you, Janet and your wonderful mother!

Nice stay and close to Mall of Istanbul. Also very convenient as it’s not more than 30mins to get or go to the Airport.

It was great experience visiting this flat. The flat is equipped with all the necessary stuff. The flat is located in the new building with its own parking. There is a shipping mall nearby the house. All the check in details were accurate described. Check in was easy and flexible. Big thanks to Andrea for her help with explanation all the details. She was really polite and helpful.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment. We truly felt at home. Ksenia is very responsive and always available if we need anything. The place is perfect for both short and long stays in Istanbul. Outside the apartment, the building is also clean, and there’s a store open until 3 AM with very reasonable prices. The pool and gym were great, and not too crowded during our stay. The apartment’s decor is very well thought out. It’s also well insulated from outside noise and equipped with various types of heating and air conditioning.

Beautiful apartments. Everything is very clean. It smelled of wonderful perfume. All the furniture is new. It was very nice to receive a welcome basket. There was always hot water. Very comfortable bed. There is a washing machine with a dryer - very quiet. An amazing owner who answered all the questions. The owner of the apartment was always in touch and was very kind, and she also sent detailed instructions with photos and videos. I will definitely come back to this beautiful apartment when I'm in Istanbul again! Thank you very much, Berrak!
