Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο, 12-15 από istiklal. Στο 6ο όροφο με ωραία θέα, πεντακάθαρο. Το συγκρότημα πολύ οργανωμένο με πισίνα , γυμναστήριο και 2 καταστήματα φαγητού και ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος, ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πάντα εκεί και μας βοηθούσε!!

Can and Jacki are great hosts! They helped plan airport transfers for our group to and from the Airbnb. They also provided us with many recommendations in the local area. The location of the place was amazing! Very close to public transit to get to the Old City and many nice stores within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

Wir haben uns in Omers Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist äußerst großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage der Wohnung im Viertel Balat ist extrem schön. Wir fanden es eines der interessantestdn Viertel Istanbuls. Bei kleinen Schwierigkeiten war Omer immer sofort erreichbar und hat das Problem gelöst, die Kommunikation war angenehm und schnell. Wir würden jederzeig wiederkommen!

This apartment is a dream. The area is super central. Just a few steps from Taksim Square. The host is incredibly nice and greets all guests personally. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you would need at home. We definitely felt at home! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Die Wohnung war super ! Wir sind erst 2 Uhr nachts angekommen, was uns dann mit dem einfachen Check In das Leben leichter gemacht hat. Die wohnung war sehr gut, die Terrasse war auch sehr gemütlich. Das Bad hat manchmal nach Abfluss gerochen, aber das war in Ordnung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen !

The flat itself is well designed, the terrace covered and larger than expected. All decorated in a tasteful, zen fashion. Personally I don't think the pictures did it justice, it is actually quite large. The beds were large and obviously new and so comfortable. The area felt secure and all the shopkeepers were helpful (but if you don't speak the language, a good deal of mime helps). And the Metro Osmandby gets you to all the right places quickly, taxis are cheap but there is such a lot of it, and the metro is fast, cheap and air conditioned. So is the flat, but I don't think we used it more than once but it wasn't needed, but if the weather was hotter, I am sure the air con is strong enough to fight. This is a dream of a flat, a community and you feel that you have had a proper Turkish/Istanbul. Thank you so much for something that fit our expectations like a glove. I highly recommend staying at Ugur’s place. From the time we booked, till the end of the stay Ugur was super responsive and helpful. The views are just drop dead gorgeous (floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Bosphorus). The neighborhood feels like you are living and staying like a local and has modern furnishings. Wifi is excellent. You have to be ready to handle stairs but if in reasonably good shape, they are not a problem. Just avoid if uneven stairs are an issue but Istanbul is hilly and any local neighborhood would mean stairs. The best thing is Ugur’s responsiveness: we needed coffee pods, a tap fixed, airport transfer: all was organized in a minute… and shout out to Mohamed who so kindly helped with luggage and many things!

We hebben een super verblijf gehad. Tuba was super behulpzaam, betrokken en reageerde snel. Het was een perfect appartement met een super mooi uitzicht. We hebben een super goede tijd gehad!

Really recommended place to stay and everything was perfect! The house is nice and cozy, well furnished and equipped, very clean, safe with security, great location close to everything, beautiful garden, etc. And my favorite thing was the free gym access which itself is a large well-equipped nice gym. Thank you for the great stay!

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment. We truly felt at home. Ksenia is very responsive and always available if we need anything. The place is perfect for both short and long stays in Istanbul. Outside the apartment, the building is also clean, and there’s a store open until 3 AM with very reasonable prices. The pool and gym were great, and not too crowded during our stay. The apartment’s decor is very well thought out. It’s also well insulated from outside noise and equipped with various types of heating and air conditioning.

You will have everything you need for your stay. Good location, great apartment and helpful host! Totally recommended

Benny ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Er hat uns persönlich empfangen und sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Das Apartment liegt perfekt für einen Besuch von Istanbul. Obwohl sehr nahe an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße ist es ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle ist sehr nahe, so dass wir überall sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hinkommen konnten. Die Gegend ist noch eher einfach, das Apartment fällt hier sehr positiv auf. Das Apartment ist über eine etwas enge Treppe zu erreichen und liegt auf zwei Etagen. Unten sind zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette, oben befindet sich ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-level apartment. The space is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a cozy yet modern feel. One of the highlights was the lush garden—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in a peaceful, green setting. The balcony upstairs offered lovely views and added a great touch of privacy. The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

C’est avec grand plaisir que nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Erhan. L’appartement est au calme et agréable à vivre. Nous avons adoré la vue depuis les chambres ! Le quartier est populaire, pas tellement de touristes et c’est ce que nous recherchions. Vous trouverez facilement boulangerie, supérettes à proximité et nous vous recommandons l’épicerie en haut de la rue Tepabasi (la rue lorsque vous sortez à droite de l’appartement) qui a ouvert sa table : c’est délicieux ! Erhan est aux petits soins, extrêmement proactif il vous donnera multitudes d’informations très utiles avant votre arrivée et aussi pendant votre séjour. Merci pour tout Erhan, nous reviendrons !

Есть все неоходимые вещи для комфортабельного проживания, включая приятные мелочи, которые говорят о том, что Nuri заботливо относится к своим постояльцам. Апартаменты находятся в 3-х минутах от станции легкого метро линии М1 и остановки метробуса. в 7 минутах есть станция трамвая Т1, который идет прямо в центр исторической части Стамбула. В шаговой доступности есть большой супермаркет 3М Мигрос. Nuri всегда готов оказать помощь и ответить на все вопросы. Мы провели замечательные каникулы и рекомендуем данные апартаменты
