The place was really great. The price-performance ratio was great. The host was always easy to reach and helped us with all concerns. There are many opportunities to do something on foot in the area and it's close to Mactan Newton. The property has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen that I have never seen in any accommodation and also a entertainment program. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Rooms 1 and 2 are so nice. it really feels like home. Bathroom are so clean. We had a grand time at your place. Can I make a suggestion, maybe you can place a dispenser (mas economical) for both hand soap and dishwashing liquid. Also I hope you can provide hand towels and brooms with dustpan insight so that we can also do our share in cleaning. Overall, we're glad we saw ur place in Air BNB. Thank you so much . Belle's place is a great place to stay. We are party of 15 and the room is big enough for all of us. The place is clean and the host is responsive. Belle is also very accommodating. Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

The unit is beautifully maintained, clean, and inviting. Carl's responsiveness and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. While the location was a bit farther than ideal for us, and traffic can be a consideration, the overall experience more than made up for it.

I have a good stay

First time to Lapu-Lapu and this unit is located close enough to the Airport for the price. AC was cold. Warm water shower. Pool was good. Staff were friendly. Netflix to relax in the evening. Walkable to 7/11, Mall in my opinion. Easy enough to get Grab, or local transportation around Lapu-Lapu but a bit difficult to get transport back to unit from Cebu IT park area. I would stay again if I wanted to stay local. Host are fast to communicate if you have questions.

I stayed at Jane's place for three months while working in Cebu City, and it was my second time here, I didn’t think twice about coming back. Jane is a fantastic, responsive host, though I hardly needed to reach out since everything went smoothly. The building is welcoming, with great amenities: a small shop downstairs, a filtered water dispenser for easy refills, a laundromat, and a pool with a study area that was perfect for working from home. The community feel really stands out compared to other condos I have stayed in before...it's a smaller building, so over time you get to know the friendly staff and neighbors. The unit itself is well-equipped with AC, a large fridge, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and a lovely view of the hills. It’s also in a great location..less than a 10-minute walk to IT Park and close to some excellent cafes and canteen. Traffic on Salinas Dr can be heavy, but the building sits on a quiet side road, making it peaceful despite the central location.

The room is huge for two people. We loved the view from the balcony. Lots of things to do in the area even at night, near the beach as well. Huge tv, cozy living room, kitchen is well kept, the bed is huge but a thick blanket will make it cozier because the air conditioning feels like winter. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Mactan and will definitely consider booking this accommodation again. Worth what we paid for.

Ms. Rosette was a fantastic and very approachable host. The unit was very spacious and looked exactly what the images showed. Super clean and had everything we needed ( esp. the washing machine and the water dispenser ). Location was also good and very peaceful.

Having stayed in Cebu previously, I wish I had done more research and found this lovely penthouse for our previous trip. The location in Mactan is ideal, the view superb, the kitchen well equipped and overall the penthouse was very clean and very comfortable. Grace helped us with transport which, having been to Cebu previously, was still very much appreciated. With my partner being a filipino we will be returning to Cebu and definitely look to re-book with Grace.
