Within the heart of Cebu City- 5 minutes drive to Ayala Mall. Has a small commercial establishment right across the bldg with restaurants, spa and 7/11 convenience store. Furniture & appliances are of good quality and are well taken cared of. Balcony has a beautiful view of the sea & pool. We have stayed here for more than a year so we have experienced how nice the unit is, ourselves. We take extra precaution too by cleaning our unit with the use of a hydrogen peroxide solution.

A great quiet place to relax. You can use the shared pool on a hot day and organize a dinner on the roof. The room is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable long stay and self-catering. Wi-Fi is normal. Shops and restaurants are 5-7 minutes walk away. There were no problems communicating with the owner. It was a little difficult to find the address of the accommodation, so when you enter the address in Google, indicate Hermag Village and the security guard at the entrance will guide you. Thanks to the owner for the warm welcome. If possible, I will definitely come back here again.

We felt right at home at Mon's apartment. Everything was as described on the profile. The location is really safe due to having their own guardhouse and close to SM Seaside, the biggest mega mall I ever saw. Mon was also very friendly and replied super fast to our questions. Overall I am very satisfied and would definitely come back.

One of the best airbnbs located in the city of Cebu. Cozy and comfortable, you have the whole second floor to yourself. And you are directly located on top of the best italian restaurant in the island. It's one of the most worth the price locations you could get 1 of the best areas to be around easy access to other places in the city. With a very authentic m stuff who also work in the restaurant that they're very helpfu. Being the only airbnb in that location. You do not have any neighbors so privacy is there and would consider it to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay at a great price either by yourself or with your partner, Will definitely be staying here the next time I am back in Cebu.

Miss Gayle and Miss Marie was very responsive to my queries from checkin to check out. Everything was in order and they made sure to accommodate to my questions. It's more than what we paid for. We had the warmest welcome, that us feel at home right away. Our host was very responsive, and attended to our needs right away. The space was huge, clean, and since we do not want to mess up with the home vibes, our food stuff was really concentrated on the dining table. Rules are clear and they will really make you be respectful of the place. We were in Cebu for work, so coming at our homestay at night was relaxing. The place is just few mins to where we worked, walkable to a mall, mcdo, 7-11 etc We highly recommend the place and we will book again should we get the chance. Thanks to our host.

"Our stay at Joy's place was great and enjoyable. The location was quiet and far from the busy streets of the city. The apartment was clean and it matched the description and photos online. Highlights of our stay included a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful view and a spacious area with 2 bedrooms which provided privacy for me and my kids. Joy was a welcoming and responsive host. They provided me recommendations for modes of transportation as jeepneys and tricycles were not available in the vicinity. You can get around via Grab. Overall, I would recommend this Airbnb to other travelers looking for a family-friendly stay in Cebu near SM Seaside and Cebu Ocean Park.

We wanted to thank Monique for accommodating our stay. Even though there were unforseen repairs in the condo unit during our stay, she still manage to fix the issue and made our stay as convenient as it is. We would also want to thank the host for always attending to our needs. The place feels like home, we really love cooking since the cooking set was very easy to use and very easthetic! We loved to have a dip in the pool every afternoon and it made us enjoy our summer so far. The location of the unit was also near to the public market, malls, groceries, laundry, water station and even to our workplace, which made our stay so much easier. Overall, the place was indeed cozy and feels like home in the heart of Cebu! Thank you Monique! ☺️💝
