The house with spacious fenced open space is located on the eastern outskirts of the municipality of Pruchten in the Bresewitz district. Behind the house begins the national park "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" For relaxing and exploring it is the perfect place for up to 4 persons it is the perfect place.

The house is located directly at the beach access. 1 min to beach 15 minutes' walk to the pier with various restaurants and playgrounds. Hiking trails to the lighthouse and west beach start right outside the front door. There are 3 restaurants in the complex. Tides 1 - 3 minutes. Bus stop and kiosk with fresh rolls in the complex Prerow village in 10 - 15 minutes walking distance

Our house "Backbord" is a townhouse of the holiday complex "Mein Fleckchen Rügen" in a quiet, watery village location. It has its own entrance through the large terrace and from there a beautiful view of the garden of the 12000 sqm plot. The house is divided on the first floor into an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, which captivates with historic beams. Here is also the spacious shower room/toilet. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms.

Our vacation home has about 110 m² of living space and turns 100 years old this year. It is located in a quiet residential area of Stralsund, yet it is only 5 minutes by bike or car to the historic old town. If you don't mind that a plank of the wooden floor creaks, or a cable has been retrofitted over the years, you are welcome and invited to get to know and enjoy Stralsund, Rügen and the surrounding area.
