We had a fantastic time at this place! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great – quiet, but still central enough to reach everything easily. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always available when I had questions. I would come back anytime and can fully recommend the property!

Even though we were only there for 2 nights, we relaxed… surrounded by animals and nature. If you want to rest, this is the place to be… Thank you! We will be happy to come back. 😃

We spent wonderful days in this apartment in Sassnitz. The apartment is beautiful, modern and cozy at the same time, equipped with everything you can imagine. It was certainly one of the best accommodations we have ever had. Nancy and Lars are great hosts and were always available and approachable. In short, a great time in a super great apartment. Beautiful accommodation, impressive building, everything is easy to reach, everything you need for a short trip. The only small optimization option: set up some privacy on the balcony - all residents can walk from balcony to balcony and due to the location you can look in everywhere.

We had a relaxing stay in this great apartment :) The garden is really beautiful! A supermarket is right around the corner. Only the neighbors in the apartment above us made some noise in the morning and if you want it dark to sleep, you should bring a sleep mask.

We traveled spontaneously with 3 generations of 5. Florian was always available in the short time and was there to help and guide us. We had trouble getting into the apartment via the app because there was no cell phone reception in the house. Less tech-savvy (grand) parents need their grandchildren to get into the accommodation without stress😅. The apartment is fantastic and exceeded all expectations. The amenities are functional and stylish at the same time. Everything has its place and you are inspired to "convert" your home accordingly right after returning home! 😉 Linens and towels are sufficiently provided. Everything was super clean and maintained. We had a wonderful time in the beach apartment and on the Baltic Sea. Watching the sunset "around the corner" quickly becomes a ritual. The apartment is really great. It is very large and spacious, especially the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. In the kitchen, everything you need is available, such as dishwashing detergent, kitchen roll, dishwasher tabs and much more. Communication with the host is excellent. There were drinks and chocolate to welcome us. I can only recommend it.

Very clean, bright apartment, even handicap accessible. The small garden was beautifully sunny, I particularly liked the blue-white dtr basket. The kitchen has almost all appliances, including coffee, filters, salt and spices were available, which is not always self-evident in my experience. The apartment is very quiet, in a very quiet place with hardly any traffic. If you want to enjoy pure peace, you are very well taken care of here. However, you have to be mobile for all purchases, rent, etc., because there is no food market, no bike rental oä, but a lot of nature, wildlife traffic, nice neighbors and peace and quiet

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. Extremely sufficient space for 6 people. Even with the two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything is super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.

Super nice and quiet living. Andy's apartment was very pretty and homely and everything necessary was available, although the oven and I did not become friends 😅 The construction site next door is hardly noticeable, except that the lake view is somewhat limited, but there is still the cute gazebo outside. Overall, we are super satisfied and will probably knock on Andy's again next year 😊

Very friendly host, nice place, whether for families or dog owners, fully fenced garden, that was important to us when booking. Our highlight was the sauna. We felt comfortable and would be happy to come back. The area invites you to take a walk.
