A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

The Bernstein apartment in Neuhaus on the Darss is idyllically nestled in the dune forest and just a few steps away from the beach of the Baltic Sea. The apartment was redesigned in March 2022. It can accommodate up to four people. The bedroom with a double bed. Another separate bedroom offers two single beds. Kitchen and living room are in two separate rooms. The bathroom is very spacious and has enough space.

We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished and the equipment of kitchen utensils sufficiently available. The location is just wonderfully quiet, to relax. We recommend a trip to the island of Hiddensee, the ferry runs from Schaprode. Worth seeing if you are by car, the Skywalk am Königsstuhl followed by a visit to the 'Kleine Försterei', Cape Akona, a visit to the 'Büchezirkus' in Binz and of course the beautiful bathrooms. We felt very comfortable in Ursula's barn. The hostess was very friendly in communication and provided us with all the important information in advance. If you have any further questions, she always helped us immediately, which we liked very much. The apartment is completely newly renovated, spacious and modernly furnished, as well as very well equipped. The location is quiet and you can perfectly enjoy the nature in the area. The sauna is also very nice and invites you to relax in the evening! We enjoyed our break from everyday life and can fully recommend the accommodation. Cheers!

We stayed with our family for a week. The place blew us away from the beginning and the surroundings kept exactly what we expected. Especially the garden and courtyard area the children liked it very much! The pantry is a great idea that we liked to use! Really noteworthy is the absolute tranquility and nature in the vicinity of the accommodation. You don't hear any noise from cars or tourism, a retreat we've fully tasted. We look forward to hosting Katrin again soon! Thank you for the fantastic accommodation!

Renting a holiday home through Jørgen is highly recommended, super nice townhouse with everything you need Everything was in super condition and super location, probably most secluded house in Østervang. A small minus is that there is a lot of listening from the neighboring house, it is clearly heard when the neighbor throws a party ☺️ We'll definitely be back😀
