My husband and I loved this place! The speakers that run through the house and outside are amazing! We were outside the majority of the time swimming and enjoying the views. The inside is super nice too we cooked every night we were there and enjoyed movies on the giant tv. We hope to be back again in the future!

Shayne was a gracious host. You can tell he is dedicated to making visitors’ stays relaxing and easy. Sook’s Perch was a perfect location, walking distance to all the Lake Arrowhead Village shops & restaurants with a lovely view of the lake from the living room & the porch/balcony. Shayne was also very responsive & thoughtful with communication about the property and area attractions. We truly appreciated all the information he shared before our arrival. It made reservations and planning so easy! Sook’s Perch had everything we needed for the week of our stay and hope we get to come back soon!

The home and the property are even more beautiful than the pictures show. The property is at the end of a dirt road that can seem a bit difficult to find but with the host instructions it leads you right to the property without issues. Every room of the house was clean and set up perfectly with many places to relax and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. We made use of the pool, jacuzzi, game room, backyard dining table, and fire pit which were all amazing amenities. The host was also very proactive and responsive making us feel secure even though we had no issues. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Airbnb for four nights, and it was wonderful. We encountered three issues during our stay, and our host, Maggie, was very responsive either resolving the problems or offering alternative solutions. The Airbnb was clean and matched the photos provided. I appreciated all the thoughtful details and the high end pieces that the host carefully selected for the home. Before booking, as well as during our stay, Maggie was quick to respond to all of my questions. If we visit Joshua Tree again, we would definitely rebook.

From the moment we first walked in, we were immediately struck by how beautiful and inviting the place was. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, just like the photos had promised. The decor was thoughtfully done, creating a comfortable yet elegant vibe that made us feel right at home. But the real showstopper? The views. Absolutely breathtaking! Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery is nothing short of amazing. The hosts were truly outstanding—some of the best we’ve ever encountered when it comes to communication. They were responsive, helpful, and easy to reach throughout our stay. However, there are a few things that could use some attention. The bathroom handles near the bedrooms were broken, which was a bit inconvenient—though we managed. It was the most beautiful airbnb I’ve stayed in. Everything was perfect !

We had a blast - the kids loved the pool. We were about 5 mins away from awesome restaurants. There’s a bunch to do within a few mins - hikes, Palm Springs etc. William was super quick to respond to any questions we had.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights, and it was absolutely peaceful. Just what we needed to unwind from our busy jobs. Our goal was to do nothing, and this place was perfect for that. Private location (we didn’t even need bedroom curtains!) and a great layout. We paid extra for the jacuzzi, and it was totally worth it since the water stays cold even during the day. note: only the jacuzzi is heated, not the pool, as stated. Areas for improvement: both rain shower heads had mineral buildup, making post-pool rinsing a bit tricky. We’d read reviews about this and hoped it would be resolved, but it wasn’t. Lots of dog hairs were on the carpets - I am allergic to most of the dog hairs - and was sneezing a lot. Still, we had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Next time maybe with one more couple :)

This stay was absolutely perfect! The home had everything I needed and more—it truly felt like an oasis. I found myself wanting to spend all my time there during my trip. Jenn was incredibly responsive and patient with my questions, and her instructions were clear and easy to follow. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely book again one day!

We had an amazing stay at Horizon House! It was spacious and beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed our getaway and our kids were very entertained in the pool, observing and walking the terrain, and at attractions that are close by. Sunnie is the perfect host—she was very responsive, helped us with recs while we were there, obviously has a keen eye for design, was kind, and even stocked the coffee/tea pantry with our likes in mind. We would love to stay again or try another home in the mirohaus collection. Thank you!

Mineli’s place was great! The home is beautiful and clean. We loved the space and how roomy the master bedroom and kitchen/living room was. The area was very quiet & secluded. Even though it was cloudy and rained a little while we were there, we still enjoyed the hammocks! We had one issue while we were there and mineli was so fast to respond! We would totally come back & we had no complaints. However, if you are sensitive to light while sleeping, the master bedroom does get bright in the morning since the sliding door curtains are a bit see through. The second bedroom stayed dark with the black out window shades.

it truly was such a nostalgic experience. and with all the activities to do throughout the property there was always something to do. we will definitely be planning on returning.

It was a very lovely home. Well stocked with the essentials. We felt safe and like we were just at home. The dogs were comfortable too and that's not easy. They're always on high alert. I'm very happy we choose this home and not a hotel. Thank you

My partner and I have stayed at over 100 Airbnbs across the globe and this is by far our new favorite property. Expectations were high from the listing and we were not disappointed. This property is even more beautiful than the photos - it's the best designed home we've ever been in - everything in it feels deliberate. Every room is as unique and enjoyable as the next. You will be blown away by the backyard/patio. The home has everything you could possibly need - don't make the mistake we did getting supplies pre trip - they literally have everything you could possibly need from a cooking perspective (including a proper espresso maker + legit coffee beans), entertainment, pool floaties, etc. The host is incredibly communicative and accommodating. Will 100% be back here on a regular basis.

What an amazing place! It was our distinct pleasure to spend an entire week at this utterly serene home, and it felt more like a retreat than a vacation. We honestly did not want to leave the property; we could have happily stayed the entire 7 days there, just enjoying the peace and quiet and absolutely stunning views. The house itself is charming and comfortable - the beds were probably the highest quality I’ve ever experienced in a rental. Plus the kitchen is very well-equipped and there’s a huge outdoor grill for when you want to stay put for dinner. It’s a sprawling property with so much to explore, including some great hilltops to experience sunrise, sunset, and stargazing. We just found the whole place to be magical. The hosts are great, providing a top-notch guidebook not only for the house but also the entire surrounding area including hiking and day trip ideas. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been simpler, and communication was always prompt. Thank you, team Cholla!
