Located in a historic 1895 home—updated but with a few quirks: toilet paper goes in the trash (older pipes). Quiet space, no parties. It's older, renovated, under 400 sq. ft. , a good place to get away from city life. There is no internet, Wi-Fi, ethernet or microwave.
