ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Incredible view of the blue Mediterranean Sea, and beautiful green mountains, fields, and orchards. So very tranquil and relaxing. Very spacious and comfortable. Relaxing patio to sit in the morning sun. Beautiful pool in the back yard. Amazing hosts that answered questions within minutes. So pleased with our decision to stay at Villa Fèlix. 5.5 Stars!

We had a great stay! Isabel was very accommodating and assisted us several times with finding storage for our luggage and booking us a taxi. The place was beautiful and close to the beach and other wonderful places nearby such as parks and restaurants. We would stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. The apartment was very comfortable and Fran very helpful in providing an early check-in time and answering questions. Highly recommend.

This first floor apartment was spotless and well equipped. The ceiling fan was great when it got warm and it was nice to have a large fridge and powerful shower. The view of the church from bedroom was nice as was the sound of sparrows flying around the rooftops.

There were three of us in the accommodation for a week. It is clean and decorated with taste. Bathrooms and showers very clean, as well as the beds. It was also positive that there were two showers and two toilets, so you didn't get in each other's way. The terrace faces north/east and you can enjoy the sunrise very much. Now to a few small yet fine points: The kitchen is very poorly equipped for the kitchen. Basic spices such as salt, pepper and oil are not provided. Also drying cloths as well as a working pan (the handle of the pan is very loose and the coating more away than available). So it is recommended to increase the basic stock. In addition, there is no toilet paper to refill. The wardrobes are large but no possibility to put laundry, it is only possible to hang. The beach is just a few minutes away and there is a supermarket around the corner. We will be happy to come back.

Francisco was a super host. We had a flight delay and he helped us access the apt late and even set us up with a dinner reservation next door! Always responsive, friendly, great local recommendations. Apartment is very well equipped with plenty of everything you need. So nice to have a washer and dryer! Three bedrooms, great for families. Very walkable to many locations. Thank you Francisco!
