Enjoy your own heated pool (at extra cost), garden, patio with barbecue, as well as several terraces. The association has a communal pool. In the villa there is a living room, a kitchen that was renovated in 2025, tv room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as guest toilet. In the tower there is a study room with a lifting view. To the "balcony" in central Nerja it is 3.5 km and to the nearest beach 750 m.

Wonderful view in Ladera del Mar 1

The property has amazing sea views from every room. From the terrace you can enjoy 180 degrees of sea view with sun all day. The apartment is easy to access, with no stairs (just one step) and free parking on the street outside. There is a great pool close to the property. Unclear when open due to drought in Andalucia (normally Apr to Oct) and the closest beach (el Playazo) is 700 meters away and goes 1.5 km towards center of Nerja. It takes around 5 minutes to drive into the center of Nerja.

A truly amazing place. We came as a family with our 6 month old daughter and this place truly was fantastic. Really responsive host and everything very clear. Location is very private, there is a bit of noise from the construction work going on around the area, didn’t bother us too much apart from one morning where it was a tad loud, just something to bear in mind if you’re super sensitive to noise but otherwise not a major issue. The villa was incredibly clean and the pictures really so not do it justice. On arrival, the hosts had left two bottles of fizz and some other necessities, really nice touch. Some lovely walks close by (very hilly) and you can walk to the beach where there are restaurants in around 10/15 mins on the way down (much longer up the hill coming back up). Overall, this place is absolutely stunning and we will hopefully be back in the future.

I had a wonderful time in the finca – the location in the middle of nature, surrounded by mountains, was simply fantastic. Especially the outdoor area with the great view gave me many unforgettable moments. Having breakfast in the morning with a view of the valley or relaxing in the evening at sunset was exactly what I had hoped for from this vacation. The place was clean, well appointed and ideal for unwinding. I felt very comfortable and safe. Communication with the host was straightforward and friendly. Even small questions in between were answered quickly. A rental car is definitely recommended, as the location is remote – but you will be rewarded with absolute peace and beautiful nature. The surroundings offer great excursion possibilities: hikes, beach, small white villages, everything easily accessible. Thank you so much for this special place! I'd love to come back.

We had an incredible week here. The apartment is perfectly located, just a short walk from both the town center and the beaches. Inside, it’s beautifully designed, fully equipped with more than we needed and feels fresh and modern, but to us the real highlight was the rooftop terrace. With mountains on one side and the sea on the other, the views are amazing. The lovely hosts were always responsive and ready to help whenever we had a question,. Also they welcomed us with wine and snacks when we arrived. We would absolutely recommend this apartment. Our only complaint? That we couldn’t stay longer.
