It is 3 km from the beach /center, and 300 meters from the sea(?). Between the house and the beach there is the Lagoa de Barra Velha, which needs to be bypassed the distance of 3 km from the beach.

We can describe that this is the perfect beach house, facing the very calm sea in the morning, on a beach that is practically deserted, large and integrated common spaces, swimming pool, garage for up to 5 cars, 3 bedrooms with a balcony to the sea. The house is on the main avenue, 3 minutes from an environment with several foodtrucks, restaurants, shops and live music. For those who like it more hectic, 30 minutes from Praia brava, 40 minutes from Balneário Camboriú and 1 hour from Florianópolis.
