Vacation rentals with a pool in Barra Velha

We had a very good stay! Tânia welcomed us very warmly. The house was very clean. We only missed air-conditioning in all the rooms (there was only in the en-suite) because we had very hot days and the ceiling fans could not handle it. We were a little frustrated because the freezer, which appeared in the photos when we rented, was not working. We went to spend 8 days and took a lot of refrigerator stuff and only the refrigerator didn't work. Other than that, everything was fine. A wonderful view of the sea, super safe condominium for those who go with children, easy access to the beach. We liked it a lot.

Everything was great, location, house utensils, cleaning, nho market, bazaar, restaurant and pizzeria almost to the slime of the condominium. we only had a mishap with refrigerator, I had to clean because it wasn't freezing, but it worked, and in the meantime a reservation was taken home. the air conditioners were also freezing almost nothing, the only thing that I suggest having fans, so that if the air does not work, it has this option, as it was very hot, so it was very unpleasant to sleep about 3 nights warmer.

We spent great days at the house of Mônica, the house is very comfortable and complete. Monica, she was super attentive and responded to us with great agility. Despite being a condominium, it is very quiet and very safe. It has several leisure areas, such as swimming pool, playgrounds and a deck with tables overlooking the sea. In the fishermen's boats in the center, we buy fish with very affordable value. We love it, we'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience in this apartment! Everything was pristinely clean and very well organized since our arrival. The swimming pool is beautiful and super well taken care of, perfect for relaxing looking at the sea view. Bed linen and towels provided were of excellent quality, soft and smelling, which made all the difference in our stay. In addition, the apartment is very well equipped, beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, with all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare our meals in comfort. My family and I love and we will definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay!

Joselita's place matches the listing 100%. The apartment is very nice and practical, well equipped. The condominium includes swimming pools, sports courts, super organized and safe. There is a loading and unloading area in front of the entrance to the building blocks, the garages are in a specific building, close, but it is necessary to unload the car before putting it in the space. The parking space is large, easy to park. The beach is practically private for the residents of the condominium, with excellent bathing. The condominium has shops on the ground floor of the building, garage. We found the Mercado da Vila, with the essentials for everyday life, it met our needs. There are two coffee shops and the 7 Mares restaurant, which serves portions on the beach (request by cell phone), as well as executive dishes during lunchtime and hamburgers at night. Barra Velha has larger supermarkets nearby, but you need to use a car. We had a great experience and recommend the space.

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

The place is amazing, it was very clean on our arrival with all the kitchen utensils in sight, it is better than in the photos, complete condominium, no need to leave the condominium, it has everything you need, the beach and pool are amazing, the outdoor space of the condominium is clean. A tip to improve the stay would be air conditioning in the double room. The staff who received us were very polite and every time I needed something I got a reply on WhatsApp! Congratulations!!
