Simply PERFECT Space! There is no detail I could say that were not compliments about the organization, practicality, utilities and quality of the space and all the items that are in this apartment. Condominium with 3 sites with pools between the blocks, easy access to the beach, plenty of security with facial access and biometrics, with several places for quick shopping of everything you need or forgot to take. The perfect apartment. It would really be describing item by item about all quality and care that the space was set up. Daniela was very helpful every day, with directions and guidance on everything that was needed.

We were very well received and it perfectly met all our expectations. Tati and Ronaldo are always very attentive, helping us when needed! We would definitely come back!

Great home and location, and hosts always quickly answering all questions. It is necessary to follow the instructions of the main door lock to the letter, otherwise it does not work properly, but nothing that hinders the stay and eventually the guest gets the hang of it.

it is the first time I am in a depto in my vacation.. we have always gone to hotels..but from now on in more with the experience of being in this Roger's depto,the experience was very nice!.. incredible location.!! .visistas al mare,not only on the balcony but in the rooms,..everything equipped,kitchen with all the utensils and beautiful!..until I found books that I read them!.. beach cart team with chairs and umbrella...everything!!..and to get to the beach just go down the walkway and there was the sea ... you couldn't ask for more! and incredible security..to all places with fingerprint access all amazing!!!.. and Roger always ready to provide information and attention!!! thank you for everything!!

I would like to thank Mr Waldir for welcoming us to his home, (Dona Claudete ) received us extremely request, the beach is amazing, amazing local cuisine, people are joyful and helpful, our stay was sensational because we stayed in the absolute silence of the region where the AP is located and during the day we stayed close to the Candeias club that was our favorite region yesterday is busier, but for those who want a beach almost private in front of the AP is this almost exclusive beach at the time we were . It all works the way it should be and the way we would like it to be . Next summer we intend to return .

It was a great stay, we really felt at home, the host is extremely polite and proactive, the place is beautiful and has everything you need for an amazing trip, the environment is impeccable as shown in the photos.

The apartment is even better than the images in the listing, comfortable and close to the beach. Sandro was always very kind in passing on information and recommendations for beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. Our only inconvenience was the parking space, which is for small cars and did not fit our truck.

D. Dica is a wonderful person and his apartment is an extension of our house, an amazing view and the noise of the sea is a therapy for those who need to enjoy and relax. My family and I are definitely coming back. Thank you for everything Vó Dica🤗

My stay at the place was wonderful, very cozy apartment, well ventilated, met my expectations, not to mention the location, wonderful room view, right on the beach, condominium with plenty of entertainment for children, several shops on the street of the condominium where it makes the stay much easier, everything was wonderful! I loved everything.

The apartment is beautiful and new. Very well equipped and furnished. Nice views. The kitchen had more appliances than I thought it would have. The only thing I didn't like was that when we arrived we had to wait 10 or 15 minutes for them to bring us the key to get in, and the instructions said that access was all by biometric data. If I had known that and I had let them know when I was arriving, it surely wouldn't have happened, but it wasn't clear. After that, everything was perfect. 100% recommended.

Accessible, safe and private location. We stayed for three days, two adults and our 10-year-old daughter, we felt very comfortable because everything on site is practical. The structure of the AP and the condominium match the listing. We really liked it and if possible we'll come back more often!

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly like in the photos. well-equipped, comfortable and with all the necessary items for a good stay. Clean linens, all well organized. The condominium is well cared for, clean and with various leisure options. The host, was very attentive and always responded quickly and sympathetically. We recommend for sure and with the urge to come back! My family loved it and we came out with great memories.

Super attentive host, even assisting with the unloading. Great environment, very clean and with the necessary amenities. Great location, really foot in the sand. As a suggestion I would adjust the listing to comment that the ap has air conditioning in the living room and only a fan in the bedrooms. We enjoy the stay a lot.
